The woman officer at the desk was too rude to be professional. Laughed at me when I asked to use a stapler to add a 2nd page to my incident report. There was 3 people at the desk in total and only 1 person was taking peoples #’s. I would recommend going all the way to the one in the East they have the fastest service and are courteous, respectful and have excellent customer service. Definitely learned my lesson and will NEVER come to this location again.

Had to go here for my Vulnerable Sectors Check because I'm Santa Claus and for some reason children want sit on my lap and confide in me...what's with that, ho, ho, ho!Anyway, the staff were quite helpful, cordial and genuinely interested providing good service. The facility is hospitable, comfortable and convenient.

I question whether or not they really care about enforcing the law. I've seen them sit for hours in the morning at Daybreak restaurant in Bowmanvile while motorists are running red lights because they are glued to their phones and flying down Hwy #2 at 80kph+. I don't get to sit down with my whole crew to have breakfast...while on the clock...Who's policing the police??
