Made an order via their website, as most of the usual app didnot deliver to my area: got an email receipt and a text message confirmation after I placed the order. I placed the order for a to be picked up by myself at 7:45 pm. I got there at about 7:50 pm approx. The two people there said they do not see my order and asked me to cancel it and order again in person which I could not. They then Offered me a free" plate to break my fast and to deal with the issue later as they could not confirm that I had an order. I showed them the text

We tried the chicken and falafel rokbox.. quantity wise its pretty good… taste wise its okayish… but not so flavourful.. the rice that they serve isn’t basmati or anything, it’s more like sticky rice which doesnt go well with the shawarma or falafels.

I really love your food. I think it's the best! In food court. We eat there me and my wife 3 - 2 times a week. Your food for us is A+ very good job. However, this 1 star is for the staff. Very rude. Very sarcastic. Very bold and bully look. I have never experienced such a trait feeling in my life. 1 of the guys got made and frustrated at me for missing up and spelling my order. I might exclude 1 guy with brown bear in his 30s. He smiles and is friendly. The rest are really terrifying to order from. I will take a break from your place and come back in a week. If I felt the customer service is as rude. I will never step there for good.A guy of pale skin, dark hair, and big eyebrows. No beard. should never work there. He always stressed at me and was extremely rude. Knowing am a friendly and smiley person. He should never be with customers.

Great experience here. The chicken shawarma rokbox was awesome. A common trait with chicken shawarma is that they are often dry, last night it was perfect and really delicious. Garlic sauce was on point and generous. They did forget the pickled turnips but otherwise it was perfect. The value was good too considering the amount of food you get. Big bonus was the staff being so friendly to my daughter who loves to ask a million questions. This really made her night. Thank you for the great food and service. Would highly recommend.

I’m only giving this place two stars because the food has major potential. Flavours were great! However, I feel staff need more training. I was here last night with my girlfriend and we both ordered chicken shawarma. The older guy seemed very unimpressed he has to work, took him about 5 mins to put on gloves and opened up the pita bag. We were the only people there. He seemed super grumpy and you could tell he put zero to no effort into making our food presentable. After he took them off the grill I noticed they were shredded to pieces and he just wrapped them up anyways and gave them to us. Since he seemed like he was in a bad mood I didn’t say anything. My girlfriend threw hers away and I ate mine with a fork. There’s no way you could eat it hand held. This was our second visit, our first time was great!! Younger guy took pride in his work and was very friendly.

Good taste. It's a halal store ( for ppl searching halal chicken)Otherwise taste is yummm and service is quick. People at the counter are generous. It has many locations. But this store at the west Edmonton mall makes the best shawarma. You'll get well done shawarma on insisting them. Heavy meal for lunch.Don't forget to add fries with the meal

I have been a long time customer at this location but this is my first time leaving a review, because my most recent experience was finally my breaking point.The food was good as always, and the customer service was poor as always, but this time it was too much.I placed my order online and when I got there at the scheduled pick up time, I was told my order has already been picked up by someone else and that I should check to make sure nobody else picked it up on my behalf. When I assured them that it had not been picked up, they tried to convince me that they never received the order in the first place even though their machine printed out my receipt and it was right in front of them. After about 20 mins of me proving to them I placed my order and that nobody else picked it up, they finally gave me my food unwillingly, but purposely messed up my order.
