From the template being taken to install, communication was frequently, my questions were answered patiently and promptly and the installation guys were incredibly professional and polite! I appreciated that they treated my home with respect. Additionally, the quartz is STUNNING and flawless!

We recently renovated our home, kitchen included, and decided to go with quartz on the existing countertops. We dealt with various companies during our renovations and Granite Mountain was by far the best company we dealt with during that hectic time. They go above & beyond. They are prompt, they are always communicating, professional and did a fantastic job with installation. Look no further if you’re needing any stone products. We had counter tops installed 3 years ago and they look as good as the day they were installed. Picking the perfect slab in the yard was efficient and pleasurable experience , because all the slabs were logically organized. The installation crew did all the measurements and custom cut the sink opening. Our family has had Granite Mountain counter tops installed in 3 of our homes and will get Granite Mountain to install any future counter tops.

I just recently purchased quartz counter-top for our new kitchen and the staff at Granite mountain was extremely helpful. The sales staff was knowledgeable, polite and absolutely willing to help with anything. The prices are attractive compared to their competitors. The templater came out and took all his measurements and was a very personable fella. I had questions for him as well and he was happy to answer them all. I also visited Darius in the warehouse to see the products and he was absolutely fantastic with providing me the access to view the materials and answers all my questions about them as well. Last but not least the installers. These to gentlemen were extremely good at their jobs. They were knowledgeable, respectful and full of lots of great information. They did an amazing job at installing. Unfortunately they got stuck in my driveway due to the warmer conditions, but dealt with it all professionally and with some humour. Well done to all at GMSD, I will be back for my next project soon. Thank you

Granite Mountain did a great job building our countertops for our cottage in the Whiteshell. The measuring process was quick and simple. The installation went off without a hitch. We appreciate the great service! It was important to us to support a local business!

From start to finish, my experience with Granite Mountain was excellent. From choosing my countertops to installation, they were professional, communicative, and exact on their time and price.All employees I interacted with were friendly, helpful, and professional. They answered all my questions, and they were very thorough and I knew what to expect at every step.It was made easy for me as a homeowner, which is so important in a major renovation.I LOVE my new quartz countertop. It looks very nice in my new kitchen and I am very happy with it. It is so easy to clean and maintain.I would refer others to Granite Mountain.The only minor issue was getting a sample. Having a sample is valuable when you have so much to coordinate. They did locate a sample, but I had to go pick it up during times that did not work for me, so I ended up getting a sample from somewhere else.

Ordered some stone for work and the job went so well that I ended up ordering more for another project.The quality of install and customer service was unreal.Great people to work with from start to finish!

The people the were extremely nice and helpful. Counters were mearured and delivered on time as promised and look awesome.I would highly recommend to my friends

I may have given 5 stars, however, we ran into a snag. We were going to use quartz around a fireplace and even placed a deposit on an agreed upon price. Then they came to measure for the stone, and right after that I was asked to sign a waiver which would cover all the stone should the heat from the fireplace damage the quartz. I felt this was unfair since this was brought to me at the last minute. I would not agree to the waiver of warranty so they agreed to remove this from my project. However, they made us pay for the return of the stone to the manufacturer as well as templating. I argued that if I were told there would be a waiver, we would have not agreed to use quartz from the beginning . This is very poor customer service and really should have been a cost incurred by granite mountain. We then had to quickly find an alternative and wait for the porcelain tile to come in.May 12, 2023 - Just spoke with the owner Ed. He was so helpful in helping me understand how all of this turmoil transpired. It seems that the information was not passed on by the cabinet company to me prior to signing the original contract. Therefore, I fully understand that this was an error of omission which caught me the customer off guard.After this conversation I can safely say that I would now give them 5 stars since the bar area quartz was done to absolute PERFECTION!.
