Daina Deblette is a fantastic teacher. She shares techniques and then allows students to experiment and create their own art. She uses the best supplies and she keeps her classes to a size that allows for individual attention during the session. I recently took her encaustic paint class and I was thrilled with my results. I had the privilege of meeting Daina at my bachelorette weekend getaway on Saltspring Island earlier this year. My bridal party had arranged Daina to come and do a paint night with us which was so much fun! Everyone enjoyed it and Daina is not only a talented artist and great teacher, but she is very kind and personable. The paintings we made are lasting memory of a fantastic weekend we had.
