Friendly staff and interesting items. I’m happy to have a value village closer to my house. Yes, some items are more expensive than I remember them being but that’s true for all their locations. Overall I enjoyed my visit.

I enjoy browsing thrift stores, especially this newly opened Value Village in Vancouver west side.Coming here is like treasure hunting, as long as you're willing to spend some time, sometimes you can buy good quality items at very low prices. This store is quite large and everything is very neat. If you join as a member, you often receive discount emails, which makes it even more worthwhile if you happen to want to buy something you like. Most of the staff are friendly, except for one supervisor, Sam. Whenever I ask her questions, she always puts on a high and mighty poker face. On the contrary, there is an employee named Arif who helped me with self check-out and even put all the items I bought into my trolley. Another employee named Nicolas also often greets me with a smile and a friendly attitude.If you, like me, enjoy treasure hunting, I highly recommend this store ·

I bought 4 jackets from here, I saw a bunch of gems in the outerwear section, but ultimately only bought the ones that suited me, I spent $48 total. After some deeper digging, the store didn't have many other gems, were quite plain/uninteresting however I must note that majority of the clothes for are HIGH quality in that they're lightly used in and in great condition. The store was very clean, organized and with helpful staff. I guess my piece of advice is to not have high expectations coming here and to think of it like any other VV. The pricing for the whole chain has been generally higher for a thrift as is also good to bear in mind when shopping here.

I came here to buy pants. There *aren't change rooms* Just the most ridiculous, anti-customer move I've ever seen.The store has dozens of different garments, fits, brands, from all different eras...and instead of that being a bonus, it makes accurately selecting clothes that will fit me impossible. I am, apparently, just supposed to guess.They only offer exchange too, so once they have your money they just get to keep it and you get to keep coming back to play roulette again and again until you give up. No further incentive for them to help you. They already have your money.If you care that little about your customers getting what they want then why the hell open a store?

It’s just a thrift store - I guess the “boutique” is to fit the neighborhood? Staff very kind, friendly and hardworking. Found a $2000 Celine dress with tags for $90 and three other items, $9, $15, and $40. Honestly if I lived nearby Id make it a regular stop.

I would give it more stars if the prices were better. Some stuff is good, like I found a shirt for around $10, but a lot of stuff is overpriced! (It seems prices are hit or miss.)No Value Village has change rooms, so don't expect this place to!I generally do not like Value Village, but I would go back.

Not much in this store, racks and shelves are all over the place, but they have a very low inventory.Coupons can be used, and redeemed at any locations!!!They don't accept coupons on the first week of opening"This location wasn't ready at all for the grand opening.They should of spend more time on planning

I love this place!I’ve visited this place with different friends now and every time they get all excited from finding the best items possible.I’ve found the most unique and stylish pieces from here and their prices are so cheap for what they are.Plus! The staff are extremely friendly. They make every visit special. Thank you!

love this place after hastings birned down, staff is lovely and there are amazing items however prices are as you can see, a bit out of this world! I am unsure who exactly buys that but people do. if patient and passing by some stuff can be found from time to time but otherwise yeah, it is what it is!very narrow aisles and lots of employees working at any given time. still, love the place, there are way too few thrift stores in the area.

No change rooms, receipt says exchange only. When I took my garments back they informed me I could only exchange it for items then and there, no store credit. The man working there suggested if I wanted to return my clothes, I should put them in the donation bin. Honestly, what a scam. This place is practically fraud. If the clothes were inexpensive it would be one thing, but they are not. Seriously. Avoid this place for real.
