I am very leary of a lot of places, but Connect Hearing gave me my hearing back. Right from the first phone call with Ms. Holly Lee to book an appointment, to seeing the Audiologist Tracey Kyei everything went great. Ms. Kyei was very thorough in her questions to me, to the hearing test, which she showed me on her computer. She told me my lows and highs and what we could do. I now have Phonak hearing aids and I couldn't be happier! Holly Lee explained all the paperwork thoroughly, my trial time and my appointments for review. Today I had my final appointment. I am totally over the moon thrilled with my hearing aids, and I recommend this office to everyone I know!
