These folks were outstanding! The service they provided was very quick, and the property was on the market promptly! They did a fantastic job of presenting the property on their webpage and other social media venues! Communications were excellent, never did I struggle to contact them! I would definitely use them again!

We have recently listed our home with property guys East Kootenay & Crowsnest Pass and our experience has been absolutely outstanding. The quality of the listing is incredible. Andy, Sinead and their team have been on top of everything, responsive, helpful, informative. It was a big step to list our home privately but they have been so amazing we knew we made the right decision and Andy and his team have made this experience better then we could have ever imagined. Having sold a number of properties in the traditional way (with a realtor and far too much money in fees, etc), I was surprised and thrilled to learn how easy (and cost-effective!) it was to sell our house with Property Guys. Andy is professional, personable, responsive and super easy to deal with. We own other properties and will, without question, doubt or hesitation, be using Property Guys when we sell.

Our representative was very new to her role, but she was very professional and put our needs first as much as she could. Our successful buyer came to us organically from a personal connection, but that was just lucky. We did get multiple offers and sold slightly over asking. The appraisal completed by their provider was off by $125k - $175k and we are certainly glad we did not rely on it alone.

I have to admit we were a bit reluctant to sell our home with Property Guys. The East Kootney group are amazing. They walked us through the process and were available for any questions or concerns we had. The pictures they took were far better then any we’ve had done in the past! Would use them over a traditional real estate any day!

Andy and Lonnie were very professional and accommodating when selling my moms place, took 3D pictures of the whole house so buyers could see everything they needed before stepping foot in it. Very positive experience with our first time using Property Guys, Keith

We were extremely pleased with the marketing of our property. They helped us with a major savings by not going through a realtor. We also sold for a considerably higher price than the realty agents had told us we could have. We sold with in one day of their posting of our property for full asking price. The staff are awesome to deal with and are there at a moments notice. I would definitely use and recommend any day of the week.

They provided a very professional service at an excellent price, and were always available to help us when we had questions. The presentation of our property was amazing, and it sold very quickly. We will never list with a realtor again. We can't recommend them highly enough. If you want to sell, these guys are the best!!

I found the whole experience to be pretty simple. I felt supported above and beyond the service we were paying for. The only part I was unimpressed with was their Vancouver based appraiser. We were selling a 3 year old home and he used a 50 year old house as a comparable and a house built in the 90s. Neither of them were similar to our house. I contacted him with my concerns and he told me he would list quite a bit over his appraisal price and take the closest offer. We ended up hiring a local appraiser for a refinance and their price was much better and didn’t compare our three year old house to a 50 year old house.Overall, I would use property guys again for sure but would have preferred to not get the appraiser from the Vancouver dude.

Property Guys East Kootenay provided us with incredible 3D video, drone video and detailed photos which showed our home beautifully and allowed for ease of a quick sale. Andy and his professional staff were supportive throughout every step of the process from the initial listing to making the sale final. With their help, the sale of our home was stress free and quick! Everyone was happy and not to mention COVID safe. Highly recommend!
