We've parked here A bunch of times and never had an issue but the last time we parked our car and received a ticket 3 minutes before getting our ticket validated upstairs in the theaters. They have to get a better system because this is ridiculous. We should not have to go through the hassle of emailing them to get them to cancel a ticket when they see the numbers on their end they should automatically take care of it.

If i could remove the 1 star i would.Their app is rubbish and resulted in payment issues that they refuse to resolve. Terrible customer service.If you can, dont park there

I park my car here when I go to Rec Room.Pricing is relitively fair and there's roaming security. You can always find a spot no issue.

We went to the movie theatre, and used the QR code that the movie theatre INVITES you to use for complimentary parking. Indigo still gave us a ticket.
