We were very satisfied, great job

We booked our fence project far in advance in November 2021 and Jay came in person to see the job and told us that he didn't want to over promise but would get the job done late June/early July 2022.We were then told the job would get done in August and then again promised it would happen end of October and that they had hired extra help to put up the fence.Low and behold the job was never done and we are now stuck with a pool area that is not fully fenced and no safe place for our dog to run around.We called and emailed them many times throughout the season. Both Jay and Johanne were never rude, but were hard to reach and ended up making false promises which is quite unprofessional. We were very much looking forward to having our yard fenced and they left us hanging high and dry.If they had at least told us that they could not do the job instead of always postponing and never showing up, we would have booked another company and our yard would be fenced now.
