We found Brian a wonderful breath of fresh air following on the heels of several examples of poor service wrt the project we were working on. His communication of exemplary. He answered his phone, called us back when he said he would, phoned to let us know what was happening, and provided sound, excellent information. He cleaned up after the job, focussed on keeping the worksite protected, and perhaps most important, did what he was supposed to do when he was supposed to do it. He was very safety aware. His quotes were competitive and he knew precisely how changes would affect that quote. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. Ours was a spray foam job but we would definitely choose Brian for a concrete lift if the need arose. You will not regret choosing Brian for this kind of work!

We had an excellent experience with Polytech. We worked with Brian, he’s extremely knowledgeable about insulation and had very good recommendations. He did a thorough inspection and suggested various options. The job took a few hours longer than expected because he really took his time to do the job right and clean up the work site afterwards. The price was the best we found for the high quality.Highly recommended!

I hired Polytech foam solutions to fix an insulation issue in my home. Brian is extremely knowledgable about the science of air movement inside walls. His method of spray foam was recommended to me by a provincial building inspector as the solution to my draft issues. My home is now secure and leak free. My home was inspected after the foam application and the work performed was noted as excellent. I would highly recommend Polytec foam for any spray foam insulation needs. The company is local, prices are competitive and his work is exceptional and very professional.
