Well, we drove out today in the most beautiful car I've ever owned! And damn it I worked hard for it!! It wasn't easy, and apparently we ruffled some feathers along the way...Another potential buyer wanted the car as well, and had an arrangement, but technically the deal had not been fully sealed and done. Tough situation forsure. The thing is though that we had told the dealership we were coming for the car a week before. I'm sure they hear this all the time. We showed up to buy the car, and were made aware of the situation. We made our offer on the car and the dealership accepted. Anyhow! Doug was a real pro and very professional. At the end of the day our business dealings were on point with these guys and we had a couple good laughs. He even threw in a tank of fuel for us which really solidified them wanting to make our experience great. We are very happy with our purchase and definitely recommend these guys. To the girl who gave the bad review, I get it, but sometimes it's not meant to be.

I bought a Mini Cooper several months ago and have to say l was very pleased with the service and professionalism l recieved from both Doug and Angus. Angus gave me an exceptional discounted deal on my Cooper and made the whole dreaded experience of buying a used car less stressful. At no time did l feel pressured into purchasing my car which helped remove any anxiety. When l had a problem with my fob Doug drove out to my place immediately and fixed the issue. I was so appreciative of his help and kindness. I feel both comfortable and confident to approach them at any time with any questions regarding my car. I feel they are there to help me in any way they can. I am so very pleased with my purchase and love my new ride. Not to mention they had the car l wanted and in the color l wanted. I would not hesitate to do business with them again. Thank you again guys.

Would not recommend!Bought a car from them that had an oil leak, it was written into the contract that they would get fixed and they would call us the next day to get it booked in. Never called!!! Called them after a week, they said we will get back to you"... No call back!!! Called them again... finally got the car booked in to get it looked at. Job went from a 2 day repair to an 8 day repair (I understand parts are hard to get at the moment). When I asked for a rental for my wife and 3 kids to use

Do not buy a car from here unless you take it to a mechanic first, and not theirs! The owner sold me his old car. It had been in a accident. Was told that it hadn't at point of sale. IVE SUNK $3000 IN REPAIRS and not done. This car was unsafe and they knew it. It had been stolen and taken for a joy ride and wrecked. This is the kind of business men you will be dealing with

My wife’s PT Cruiser recently died, and we needed to find a good used vehicle ASAP. I literally checked online every dealer’s stock from Victoria to Courtenay, and apparently used cars are the new toilet paper. Very little selection. Thankfully Jason at Black Creek Motors had a pretty good selection within our price range. He is super friendly, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. We ended up buying a Volkswagen Tiguan, not the vehicle we went up to see, but a better car for sure. My wife is thrilled, it runs great, very clean, no issues so far. All in all a very good car buying experience. When the time comes that we need another pre-owned vehicle, we’ll definitely give Jason a visit to see what he has.

This was the best car buying experience I've had.For months I have dreaded the stress and hassle I thought would be involved in purchasing a used vehicle off a car lot. I researched over and over, trying to find a way to protect myself from deception or from making a bad deal. I thought that I was gonna get screwed, and that getting the vehicle registered and insured would be a long drawn-out, and expensive multi-stage process.I could not have been more wrong.This family owned business has great prices, low pressure, and friendly service that i had no idea I would encounter. I was ready to go to war, and Angus and the rest of the team turned things around excellently!First off, I test drove an 'as is' vehicle, and began negotiations on the price once I convinced myself it had no obvious mechanical conditions. Angus surprised me with his intellect and people skills. He just seemed genuine, and nice. That completely disarmed me.The deal just kept getting better though - As - is" turned into Lowered price and a free carFax report on the vehicle. New customers get 15% off on some services at their auto shop across the road too!I'm coming back there for regular maintenance

Thanks to Jason and the crew at Black Creek Motors for setting me up with my new (to me, anyway) ride! I happened to stop there on a whim on a drive back to Campbell River from a disappointing time with some big dealers in Courtenay.Jason took the time to look into what I wanted and the budget I had and got back to me with some options that actually suites what I wanted. They gave me a great price on my trade-in and I got the car I needed.Stop here, folks: support local and small business! You'll be impressed!

Terrible!! Make the deal, excited to get your car after work and they have sold it out from under you. Don’t deal with these guys!! They do not honor their word. Very disappointed!!The good news is i found a much better challenger and had amazing service . no game playing!I recommend Galaxy Motors! they were fantastic!Wow!! Reply with even a lie. You know the deal was made and I was picking up that day! That’s alright! You and your happy customer can write what you want, you know what you did! All good it’s not the first time from what I’ve heard. I will never recommend.

Wonderful experience buying a (new to us) car with Taryn! We came in knowing what we were looking for and she came equipped with all the answers to the questions we had regardless of having popped in without an appointment. She went above and beyond helping us price some add-ons like roof racks and coming in on her day off to sign the car over to us. She is a direct communicator, transparent and created a low-pressure environment. Ask for Taryn!!!

Bought a car from here 4 years ago, just realizing now that I never wrote anything.Bought a 2000 BMW from these guys. Brought it to another shop for a second look which wasn’t an issue, they were willing to work with me as I was buying this from across the province. A few things came back.. such as the transmission pan leaking and a ball joint that needed replacing and the tires were badly worn.We agreed the ball joint would be replaced and a better set of used tires would be thrown in, all included if I purchased at sticker price.. perfect!I fly in to visit family on the island and pick up this car.. Only to find out it was not ready on my last day in town, and they were not replacing the ball joint as the mechanic claims it was now a wheel bearing that needed to be replaced. They couldn’t just fix what was agreed upon over the phone. ALSO I am now told I can have the used set of tires for an extra $200 because the tires on the car are “within the legal tread limits”.Sounded great over the phone, but a different story when I show up in person. I ended up purchasing the tires and giving up with the repair as this car was my ride home (18 hours away) the following morning. Never again folks.
