Ordered a bouquet and received a complete different order that did not match the colours in the photo. I called to ask what happened and they said there's nothing they can do and the original order was out of stock. I selected a bouquet based on the colour, as it had significance but they delivered a dark bouquet that was different. They refused to offer a discount saying the price is usually higher and those flowers are nice so I should be okay with the change. They did not call ahead or email to say the chosen bouquet is out of stock, instead they sent whatever they wanted and refused to offer a refund, re-selection, or discount. I will be ordering from elsewhere next time.

I had ordered flowers from them with the specific instruction that they be delivered at a certain time given that I was waiting for an event to happen before the person received the flowers. Not only did they get delivered 2 hours before my specified time, they tried to justify by saying that there delivery driver was in the area so they just delivered the flowers. Very disappointed in their service.

Ordered online from Alberta, and I couldn’t be happier. The website offers English, which was helpful for me, tons of selection with a variety of cost differences and I’m very happy with the result. The flowers are gorgeous and look so fresh!I had called for a question, and Audrey was very helpful and friendly.

Hi, I would like to say that I recommend this place to buy your flowers. I have had an amazing service when I got there the first time years ago. Ever since I know I have to buy last minute flowers, I know I can get them there. I would like to say that the times I had come to this place, I needed help choosing and without asking for assistance they came at me by giving me amazing suggestions and asking the right questions.

Very disappointed!!!! The products offered on the website are very MISLEADING. I called to order the bouquet below ($150+tax) and received a dozen OLD and WILTED roses...no filler flowers as shown on the website photo and NO VASE. At the time of pickup we spoke to one of the employees and she said that there were no flowers left. So you would think that the price would have been adjusted to reflect what we received BUT it was not.

I used to love this place but they have failed us twice now. Very poor quality compared to other florists, they sold me an overpriced bouquet of non bloomed Peonies promising they would open up a week later. Two weeks later they rotted, when we called for explanation they said there’s nothing to be done meanwhile They had a contract for my landscaping and my boyfriend buys me flowers from there every week (mostly stained) but I never returned anything . they should’ve gone the extra mile to keep us happy for a cost of 20$ to them.

My boyfriend ordered me a deluxe bouquet, and what they sent was not the deluxe. The flowers themselves were beautiful yes, but it's not what he paid for. He selected a more grand bouquet.So that's unfortunate.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I paid to have my flowers delivered and they were not delivered as the lady forgot to put my friends apartment number. I call Michka the next day to ask why the lady who took down the information did not put the correct address and she tells me that I never told her the apartment number when I did. She then proceeds to tell me that it is MY FAULT. Finally she tells me that she does not even have my friends last name and BLAMES ME for not telling her. Is it not her responsibility to ask the appropriate questions when taking an order? She was extremely rude and had an attitude on the phone. What happened to good customer service? You will not find it at Michka.

I've been there many times.Service is not the best. One day I waited 45min on the phone on hold because they forgot me (3 times).They have variety of flowers and a cute giftshop with it.
