The Thorpe family would like to highly recommend C-Care Health Services.We have used this company many times over the last ten years (2009 - our dad needed extra night care in the hospital).In this last year (2018 - 2019) our mother's health took a turn for the worst.We again turned to C-Care (Raymond) to provide us with the most exceptional, kind and highly trained PSW's.They all went beyond the, call of duty" to provide our mom with such loving and professional care.We

We had quite a scare with our Great Aunt being admitted to hospital at the beginning of the year. She was not herself due to an infection and other issues. While we had family members sit the night for the first few days, it was something that was not sustainable. Raymond was very flexible and helpful, even providing the same care giver for the 9 days we needed her. It gave us all peace of mind knowing she was in good hands. It was also helpful to get a review of the night's events before she left her shift.I would recommend Raymond and his team.

C-Care has been recommended to us by a friend who has the nicest words to say about their services. We tried them out and had an amazing experience overall. We are happy that we chose them to take care of our elderly relative during a time that's really challenging for us.

We were extremely happy with the quality of the caregivers. Our father was hospitalized for a week and needed support around the clock at the hospital and for the first 2 weeks at home. Raymond and Lina provided excellent people who looked after our father competently but also with compassion and sensitivity. They were an important factor in his recovery.

My mom was a private, in-home client from 2015 until her death earlier this year, 2021. Over the 6 years, mom benefited greatly from the consistent, professional, compassionate care provided by the staff. As a registered nurse, I appreciated their knowledge base in caring for dementia patients like mom, as well as the promptness with which caregivers communicated concerns and observations regarding mom's changing condition. I felt reassured that her safety and comfort needs were patiently addressed. Raymond and the administrative staff were thorough, supportive and a pleasure to know. I would not hesitate to recommend C-Care to families considering private homecare.

Our daughter underwent spinal surgery. When I spoke with Raymond at C-Care I was under a lot of stress, when we finished talking I felt I had chosen the right place for her support. Thank you Raymond and your staff for providing excellent care for my mother and myself as needed. I know i am always going to get a good caregiver when i call to request someone. Raymond has performed miracles as well when i needed someone last minute. I can rest easy knowing my mother is in good hands. As the P.o.a., for my mother it is my responsibility to see that she is well cared for and in a cost effective manner. While there are other agencies that charge less, they do not measure up to the quality of caregivers that C-care provides. The saying, you only get what you pay for

My father suffered from Parkinson's and dementia for several years and C-Care provided 24 hour in home care for the last two years of his life. Raymond, who is in charge of operations, is committed to ensuring every caregiver is a good fit for the families they support. We had a combination of full and part time PSWs taking care of my dad. They deserve more than 5 stars. They were all reliable, warm, professional and honest. I was so happy with the company, I employed their services again for an elderly gentleman under my guardianship who was still living alone in his home. They are extremely responsive and answer emails and phone calls 7 days a week late into the night.I am truly grateful for the care we received.

Mom mom just passed away. The team at C-care was like extended family to us.....Raymond in particular. He always answered the phone, regardless of the time or day. No answering machines! He made sure he understood our needs and sent the PSW with the right skill set, to meet those needs.Mom had dementia. Even thru this past year with the challenges of Covid19, she always had a PSW that understood how to successfully handle someone with the unique needs that dementia brings. Now our needs have changed and we just require care for my dad. Raymond will re-evaluate how are needs have changed and ensure we have the best care money can buy. In my experience with 2 other agencies, C-Care is hands down a more nurturing, better accommodating, and more caring. Don't let fancy companies fool you!! C-care is the best!!

C-Care has supported the daily care of my parents in law for over 2 years. I have been impressed with the level of care, empathy and personal affection each care-giver has shown in support of my husband's ailing parents. I have personally interacted with several PSWs and I have felt they represented the highest level of professional and ethical behavior. I have professional experience of good hiring practices as a retired HR executive and I have been impressed with C-Care case management and patient care. Great management, great patient care professionals.
