Tracy was very kind and caring with helping me with the arrangements for the passing of my husband. Debbie Brouwer (Aftercare Coordinator) looked after all the paperwork that was needed. It took almost 2 hours and I would not have been able to do on my own. A wonderful service that Kelly Funeral Home provides at no additional cost. Thank you

After the passing of my mum. My sister and I contacted Kelly’s. My sister spoke with Warren over the phone who was lovely. We met with Tracy (funeral director) the following day. She was extremely caring and worked with us in a professional way that didn’t feel clinical or fake. She was clear about everything, gave us time to make decisions. I hope I never have to use the services again but when I do this location is where I’ll go. They treated our mum with care and respect. All of the staff are kind.

My husband passed two weeks ago and even though I thought I was prepared for it it was shocking. I live across from Kelly’s Funeral Home in Bridalwood, I was able to make arrangements for them to come for his body and an appointment the following morning. They came within minutes of my call and at that point I knew it was going to be a great experience. I met Tracey who was so kind hearted,professional and so so helpful she put to ease all my stress as she took me through the process, I left there feeling so relieved that there was a service that could cover everything for you , she also mentioned their after care which I met Marlene who was just so sweet,kind and so helpful there was nothing for me to do I told all my family and friends, just simply amazing!! If I could give 10 Stars I would just a great experience. Thanks again Tracey and Marlene.

My family was deeply touched by the kindness of Tony and the staff at Kelly Funeral Home who supported us so gently and patiently after the loss of our sister. They were warm, attentive, and flexible in their supports. They thought of everything we might need from the moment we arrived at the funeral home until we left the graveside—and allowed us all the time we needed to process our loss. They went above and beyond in their tender care of our loved one, and we will be forever grateful to them for making an unbearable experience bearable.

It seems very odd to write a review for a funeral home but I think it's extremely important for those who have lost a loved one to know there are amazing people out there to help you get through your darkest days. If you haven't already made any decisions about where to have the services for your loved ones, I highly recommend visiting the Kelly Funeral Home on Eagleson Road in Kanata. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Jason Swan - who was absolutely amazing, kind, caring and compassionate towards our family. We had just unexpectedly and tragically lost our mother - one of the worst days of mine and siblings lives and having Jason walk us through step by step from the very first meeting, making all the arrangements, the services, the reception, aftercare and most importantly his million dollar hugs. I want to extend a huge heartfelt thank you to Jason Swan and the entire team at Kelly Funeral Homes - you all made a difference in our lives. Thank you!

So impressed. I have dealt with 3 different funeral homes within the last year. Kelly's was by far the best. It helped that 10 years ago everything had been prearranged. I made one call and everything was taken care off. Tracy was super and accommodated our request to have one family member attend our first meeting via vc. We also had the after care service and wow so many things were addressed that I would never have thought of. The lady's name escapes me right now but she took care of everything. What a relief. We will definitely use Kelly's for future requirements.

Jason Swan was the Funeral Director that we dealt with. Very professional, compassionate individual who went out of his way to ensure everything went well. The staff were terrific and accommodating. The After Care with Debbie was most helpful. Would recommend this location.
