I attended the Everyday Happiness course and I can’t believe how much my life has changed.Thank you Raj for teaching me to understand to be mindful of now! I learned so much about training my brain to be happy every day…..

Thru this pandemic I am so thankful for this facility for my mental health. My mom and I have utilized the bio charger for our stress and anxiety issues. Very calming and very helpful and best of all it actually works . I have also utilized my wonderful work benefits and been having regular massage appointments. Working from home has been wonderful keeping us safe but it has been a bit of an issue on my shoulders and neck . Thankful for Rita. I also have had a couple of facials which I had never treated myself too before . Not sure why but so thankful to Holly and Hope for their professionalism and skill . I have also used the Venus Heal to help me with an old rotator cuff injury I have flare ups with occasionally from my days at Ford Motor. Wonderful staff at this facility ❤️My next tries are going to be Indian Head Massage , Reflexology and Hot Stone Massage ✅✅✅

I had a facial done by Holly and it was such a good experience. Holly was very personable and friendly. The facial itself was so relaxing I could have fallen asleep. The building and rooms are so welcoming and relaxing and clean. I will definitely be going back!

I’ve had several facials with Holly at this point and they’ve always been amazing! Holly goes out of her way to make sure you feel comfortable and personalizes the treatment to your needs. Raj the owner is also very kind - it’s just a great atmosphere when you walk in. Highly recommend going here for any of their wide assortment of treatments!

Wonderful experience, exceptional service!! The staff was extremely knowledgeable & very kind. The BEST combination!! The massage & hydra-facial are a must. The heated bed is a game changer!!!! You won't regret it. I will definitely be back!

Absolutely amazing experience through the aromatherapy and massage therapy expertise of MaryAnn! She was exceptional, went over and above the call of duty of really connecting to me in what I'm going through and feeling she was great comforting support for me on my healing journey from grief. She was very professional, kind, genuine, considerate, compassionate, & very gifted in her field. Very pleased very grateful and I would highly suggest her for therapy massage. Way to go MaryAnn! Sydney was amazing, she had the perfect pressure touch, was very thorough, and made sure I was comfortable during the duration of my entire facial. Would highly recommend Sydney. The facility was very clean and relaxing.

I have had many facials in the past but this experience was the best. Raj made me feel very comfortable,she took her time, was gentle and very thorough. I highly recommend this spa and I highly recommend Raj.

I have been struggling with adult acne in the past few years. Raj recommended the Dermaquest DermaClear Pads to me. Initially, I was skeptical, however, having used it now for about two weeks, my acne has been stable, and I do not see much inflammation. It is easy to apply, not requiring much time which I love! I will be coming back to try other products on the recommendations of Metanoia Health & Wellness. I highly recommend them! Their professionalism and attention to details are to be commended for.
