Prima Mazda

First off, thank you to Paul J. This morning I woke up to a flat tire just before heading out. The first thing I did was contact Paul to understand what the next steps would be as we have the platinum tire road hazard warranty. As we do not live near Prima Mazda but live an hour away west of Toronto the first question was how to get it in and the tire looked at. Paul was amazing as he stated you don’t need to come in to see us but I’ll arrange everything and get you back on the road….fast! His focus was getting us to a dealer closer home. What was truly amazing is that we had the tire repaired at a Subaru dealership in Guelph! Yes, you heard that right! As you can see, Paul and the team at Prima Mazda will do what it takes to help you even if it means eliciting the help of another brand and their dealership. That’s customer service! With Paul, he will always treat you with the utmost care, like family. What is truly amazing is that he gives you that white glove service that we all want when purchasing a new vehicle. You truly matter to him! We have bought four Mazdas of which the last three we bought directly from Paul. My advice is this, if you’re looking for a Mazda you need to go see Paul and the team at Prima. You will not find a better experience anywhere. Once again thanks, Paul. You’re amazing.

Buyers be Aware. You don’t have any warranty on your 3 years and 60,000 km. Everything is Limited warranty depends of the weather conditions or customer service representative from Mazda Canada. It’s a warranty scams and no customer service at all.I’ll never buy new Mazda again.

I went to the prima Mazda and talked with one of sales person named Ryan. The guy didn’t have any clue why he was there.I went to get a quote for cx-30 and he said you have to buy gt or classic packge with additional warranty otherwise we wont sell.I was very frustrated then i went to another mazda dealer and booked a car.

One of the worst service I ever get from Mazda.I have a battery issue in my Mazda 3 and I confirm with service center regarding my battery warranty and as per them I need to get appointment for battery check and confirm about replacement so I take appointment and give car for Inspection and than after service center person told me may be battery is not covered with warranty because it is showing that battery manufacturer date is in March 2020 and I bought this car on April 2021.Sorry to say but they just want to make money.They get my car in at around 1.20pm and till 4 pm I didn't get car diagnostic.Seriously very very poor service.

Ok. So I totally forgot about this so I forgot about who I spoke with. I think it was Samir and Al. However customer service was great. Process was fully explained to my understanding and I walked out with a car in 2 days. It could have been the same day but nevertheless I got. I love how they great my mom and I when we entered and am telling u the hospitality with everyone is just great.

I walked in with no much of a plan but walked out with a fantastic deal. Kevin was patient and helpful with all the information that I needed. Scott was also friendly and helped me with his magic with the banks. One of my best experiences with a car dealership.

Prima Mazda has been our local service dealer for all of our Mazda vehicles and we have been treated very good from all their staff. We order a lot of parts and the parts have always come on time. The vehicles are always in and out when they are in service. We wanted to thank you Prima Mazda and their staff for the outstanding service. Recently I've dealt with Sara and Chris and the parts manager and I've had nothing but good customer service. Thanks again!

My wife and I went to Prima Mazda for the first time in hopes to find a vehicle for our daughter, and YES we did!!!As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Ryan who was an absolute pleasure to deal with as well as the other members of his team Paul & Scott.Keep up the GREAT WORK!!!

Our deal with Prima Mazada was absolutely amazing. We closed the deal with Kevin, and we did the Finance with Scott. Both were very supportive, informative, helpful, and patience!We bought Toyota Highlander 2023 from them, and we will definitely buy our next car from them.Again, thank you so much for all the things you did for us!

The 1 star is for asian guy at parts and service desk July 10 0900am. I usually deal with west Brampton Mazda location, but since I moved east I happened to visit this location as I could not find replacement for my wiper blades anywhere in this heavy rain times. Already frustrated of visiting three local stores, I found out they are OEM only at dealership, I drove by,called and asked them politely where to park and no one could explain me properly where to pull in just to get my wiper blade changed. The costumer service lady was not helpful in guiding me and then transferred the phone to this Asian guy at parts and service desk who was Soo low in voice , full of accent and so rude if asked him to pardon and repeat politelyI take pride and confidence in driving Mazda but this Asian man at front desk was so rude on the phone, I was only asking where to park as it was my first time to this location , he was so rude in his tone and still could not explain me where to park. Although I was trying to be very respectful to his accent ,when he came to my car to put my wiper blades on he was full of attitude, and put me down in conversation, there was no thanks, no please and 0 costumer service and he just walked away without even saying bye and leaving me there, the dealership can check cameras.This is not what Mazda and the dealership ever represent I know Mazda has high standards in costumer service.It's just starting of day man! Come on!You represent a dealership, if you don't know costumer service it's time to look another job!
