Vulcan Swimming Pool
This facility is beautiful! But the management leaves much to be desired. On a thirty degree day we were turned away (along with dozens of other people) because they were “at capacity”. They were not, they were at ratio because they didn’t have enough lifeguards. I don’t know how many 30 degree days just expect between May long and Labour Day, but it seems like very bad management and business to turn people away on a hot, Sunday afternoon in August. Very disappointed.

Vulcan Swimming Pool
Very disappointing. We waited in line for over an hour after driving all the way Calgary and were turned away because they were at capacity. They had just implemented a 3 session system so people would go in in waves. We got there over an hour before the 2nd session was to start and still didn't get in. :( the kids were VERY sad. Wouldn't make the trip again unless they make an online booking system.

Vulcan Swimming Pool
The staff is courteous and helpful and the lifegaurds are very patient and respectful to the kids. The water is clean and the change rooms, while old, were in decent shape. There are diving boards and a climbing wall in the deep end that the kids really enjoyed and a hot tub with a good temperature as well. The spectators area is covered from the sun in some areas and there is lots of seating. Overall a really nice outdoor pool experience.

Vulcan Swimming Pool
We had an incredible experience at the Vulcan pool recently for a birthday party. The venue itself is awesome!! Offering a wide range of thrilling activities for kids. From the two waterslides to the exciting climbing wall over the pool and diving board, there was no shortage of fun and adventure. Although we were slightly disappointed that the spray circles, hot tub and concessions were not open during our visit, it didn't dampen our spirits or hinder our enjoyment in any way. We left with lasting memories and a desire to return in the future. I can't wait to revisit this remarkable space and create more unforgettable moments!

Vulcan Swimming Pool
The old pool is no longer there as it's being redone. The old pool was ok, doable to cool off on a hot day, but wasn't as many things to do unless you make up your own games to play. Am excited as well as people at Rise and Shine are excited for the new pool with the waterslides and such being put in and new design, better and bigger hot tub and building facility as it looks. They definitely needed and much deserved upgrade! Can't wait to see the smiles on our clients faces at work light up!

Vulcan Swimming Pool
I didn't go in to the swimming pool and waterslides itself, but from outside the slides looking amazing for such a small community! I come from a small farming town of 4000 and we never had anything like this....I mainly hung out at the spashpad with the kiddos!! Who loved every minute of it!! The have water buckets and extreme water cannons that swivel to cover a lot of area! Also there is a great fairly new jungle gym( if that's what there called these days) where alot of the time was spent sliding, swinging, and rock climbing

Beautiful new outdoor pool with water slides, a splash pad, wading pool, in-pool climbing wall, and ample seating. Even has a concession on site for snacks! Great place to cool off on a hot day. There are beach volleyball courts out front too!

Vulcan Swimming Pool
Great pool with lots of different activities like rock climbing, water slides, a diving board, a small basketball net, and much more. The line is long if you are going for public swim however I had no issues as I had a designated time booked. The pool isn't the only amenity as their is a skate park a splash park and a playground around the pool. The pool and building are a large improvement over the previous pool.
