Orkin Canada Pest Control
This is a high quality service and very good value for money. They did an excellent job in May 2022 and we were any free for almost a year. When a few ants appeared in April 2023 they were prompt to honour the 1 year warranty. The fellow who came to do the warranty application was very friendly and knowledgeable. They redid the entire inside and outside job. I would highly recommend Orkin to anyone looking for quality service that is backed by the company.

Dean was very friendly and knowledgeable when he came out to give us an assessment of our property for ticks and mosquitoes. We appreciated his honesty and great advice on keeping the pesky bugs at bay. We will definitely use Orkin in the future and recommend them to our friends and family for pest control services.

I have been with Orkin since 2015 for several years on all pest annual plans. Took a hiatus, then came back as our area is developing - like most, and causing rodent issues. I had many service choices and choose Orkin for their common sense approach, respect for my patronage and above all ‘female friendly’ integrity and ethical business practices. I would recommend them and will be speaking about them as an exemplary trades service provider on my next podcast interview. Well done!

A very knowledgeable, courteous technician came to my house and explained key problem areas with recommendations on how to alleviate some the issues we were having. Communication has really good on timing of service and I felt confident that Andrew was doing a thorough job. I would definitely recommend Orkin for anyone who needs their services.

Initially I received a prompt call back when I inquired about services but from there it went downhill. We ended up going with a different company as they offered the same service and warranty for half the price (which is hundreds of dollars). My husband called Orkin 3 times leaving messages to cancel our booking and to confirm cancellation and no one answered or got back to us. I received a voicemail today that they were on their way but when I called back immediately I got no answer. The communication was overall not great. Cannot speak for the service since we hired a local company instead.

Jeffrey and canine service dog, Chase were excellent. Jeffrey very professional, very thorough and meticulous in the search. He gave insight on bedbug prevention in an apartment environmen and was very compassionate about my situation!Chase was very astute and very well trained.I'm really grateful and thankful that Orkin is out there and is such a great company. Orkin Technician Russell Mabee is always polite and friendly. Russell remembers the details of our service needs and checks with us to see if anything has changed. Russell is always thorough and careful around our property. We are also very pleased with the office staff when we contact them about contract renewals and scheduling service. We plan to continue with Orkin.

Ahmad was quick to determine where to place bait traps, and he identified the entry points of rodents on the outside of the house. Ahmad was friendly and clearly explained what he was doing and why. I am so appreciative of his expertise and of the efficient and prompt work at the Orkin office to set up the appointments. Also appreciated the phone call 1 half hour before the visit. I would recommend Orkin highly. This is a case where Orkin’s stellar reputation is well deserved.
