I just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with the work that you did on my 2013 Hyundai on July 12th.Originally there were a few postponements due to the fact that some of the parts hadn't arrived, but that was out of your hands.I was told that it may take 3 days to do the job- I wasn't thrilled at this prospect of being without my car for 3 days, but you told me that if possible you would get it done sooner. You also told me that it may be more than the original quote since we don't know what will be found once the bumper came off. Honestly, I know that you have to say this, but it did send up a red flag for me because you could tell me anything, and how would I know differently.Anyway, my dog and I brought my car in for our scheduled appointment at 8 a.m. on the 12th and picked it up by 4 p.m. on the 13th.I am VERY HAPPY to say that my car was done in 2 days, not 3.It cost exactly the quoted price, and when I picked my car up, I was so pleasantly surprised- My car was beautiful, inside and out. The car had been vacuumed and detailed inside and out and looked brand new!I actually think that with my new bumper and light that it looked like it was smiling. Seriously.Oh, and I was very pleased when I came to pick up my car to see that you have an office dog too.I love businesses where employees bring their dogs to work.Anyway, I just wanted to say THANK YOU very much!I am very, very pleased and I have told everyone that I know about what a great experience I had getting my car fixed at CARSTAR Peterborough.

They were very efficient and friendly. I highly recommend them to everyone. My vehicle also was way cleaner when I picked it up than when I dropped it off!

I had a terrible experience with this shop. My truck was supposed to be repaired here. At first glance I thought my truck just had body damage but after a couple of days I noticed that the leaf spring was bent. My insurance adjuster asked them to look at it, to which they said there couldn’t be any damage to the leaf spring. I sent pictures to the adjuster and they agreed to see it. I dropped it off at 9:30 am. And stuck around town to wait. We finally called and they said the spring was fixed and now it needed an alignment. It couldn’t be done in time for me to pick it up that day. The next day I took time off work to pick it up. Obviously, I checked the spring right away. It was the same. When I told the girl she was super rude. She informed me that they were licensed mechanics. She looked at it but was super argumentative. She sent me to the shop across the road. The man there was pretty rude as well. The mechanic came out and looked at the truck. He said he hadn’t noticed that. Another mechanic came out to look and agreed it was twisted. He was very nice and explained a few thing to me. I ended up having to take my truck home unfixed. I assume carstar did not even tell the what they were looking at.But ultimately I felt like they were disregarding my concerns because I am a woman at both businesses.I have heard of this happening, but I has never happened to me. It left a really sour taste in my mouth.I ended up taking it to carstar in Campbellford. They were super nice and did a really good job fixing my truck. They kept me informed from start to finish. Go there if you can….

I am beyond happy with the repairs done to my car! I waited over 2 years to go about getting these repairs done and am so glad I chose carstar. They provide you with an online status update for your vehicle throughout the entire process. When there were delays on parts and the status was at a stand still they were more than happy to take my call and explain what was going on. They were very clear and upfront about everything there were no surprises or unexpected issues. In fact when I dropped my car off they even gave me a ride home as I was going to walk! Thank you Carrie and Shireen for your communication throughout the repair and for making this an easy process :) My car looks just like new again!

Thank you Shireen and Carstar Staff!!Amazing service! Friendly staff! Very thorough!My vehicle was damaged in the May long weekend storm. Carstar was able to get me a temporary back glass. They also arranged a rental vehicle while mine was getting repaired.Carstar finished the body work in less than a week and did a fantastic job! When I picked up my car, they had cleaned and detailed the inside.It was a seamless and smooth process from start to finish! I would highly recommend them!

Shirleen was very nice, friendly and efficient. There were places on my car that I had not noticed that needed attention that she pointed out to me. The estimate was done by the next day. It was concise, very thorough and easy to understand. Thank you

The staff is very professional and courteous. When my van was dropped off I was kept up to date daily on the repair through their email notifications and the repair was done fast and looked great. The detailer did an amazing job on the inside of my van and it looked brand new. Car star was my insurance approved provider when my truck was damaged when it was hit by another vehicle when I was parked. The service from star to finish was outstanding! They were professional, friendly and very efficient. The work was done to an immaculate standard and the full valet they did to the truck before returning it made it look better than new!!The progress tracker tool they emailed was helpful and my truck was fully repaired ahead of schedule. No one ever wants to need a collision repair centre but if you do, you can’t go wrong with this branch of car star!!

They did an awesome job fixing up my truck after the big storm caused some serious body damage. I can’t even see where the damage was! Perfect paint match :)I’m very happy and they even detailed the interior which I didn’t expect. No complaints from me.
