The gentleman’s that came to pick up my sofa were amazing. Very respectful of are home, they removed their shoes and were very friendly and outgoing. What I enjoyed most about them was that they took their time to insure that they didn’t damage my walls or my floors wile doing their job quickly and sufficiently. What a phenomenal Set of individuals they were.

I went into Ashley store furniture not really knowing much about furniture or what I was looking for (due to having a smaller living room) I was greeted by Samantha and she took the time to go over measurements, send me pictures, and made some suggestions based on the space available. She was an absolute pleasure to work with on getting the best furniture to match my colour scheme and space. It was all a very quick process, sent me the payment link via email & also got me a quick delivery date! I am so thrilled with the service I received and I would recommend Samantha to anyone!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Terrible customer service. We purchased a couch from the store and paid for White Glove Delivery. The only requirement that was communicated to us was a minimum door width of 32. The delivery men arrived and didn't even attempt to deliver

I would give my experience with the delivery and assembly of this store 0 if I could. I ordered a king size bed frame and adjustable bed worth $3515.00 in total. I was assured by sales team that delivery and assembly would be taken care of as per our request. The headboard piece was brought without any packaging. There were missing parts so the assembly of the bed frame was not completed. I am a pregnant woman and I requested the height of the adjustable frame to be adjusted. The delivery team did not adjust height, lied that they couldn't adjust. They did not attempt to. My husband had to figure it out and do it on his own after. During the purchase, salesperson explained everything would be done to our request which is why we paid extra money for the services. The delivery men who came did not have sufficient answers for any of my questions about scheduling another date for assembly. When I called into customer care, the experience was even worse. The person did not care for the inconvenience we experienced and his tone was completely ignorant and off handed. This has been the worst experience and a complete robbery of money only. Above all else the quality of the bed frames seem so flimsy. Not at all happy with the bed frame product or the delivery assembly service. Would never recommend this location, product or service to anyone.

I purchased power lift chair for my mother-in-law. Excellent staff! I would go back there just to deal with the same group of people. Friendly, professional, welcoming. Positive experience from the sales group, now let's see how the chair is going to perform.

This sofa was purchased brand new, paid for at the time I ordered and it took about 3 months before I got it. It was delivered to my doorstep, well packaged and wrapped and it was not unpacked until it was in the room. This sofa arrived in this terrible condition. The fabric on both the left, right and back side is very dirty and worn through to the wood frame in areas. The piping on the front of the arms is hanging there. There is the sharp end of a nail sticking out of the back of the sofa. I notified Ashley furniture of the damage right away and I was told they would send someone out to look at it. They are telling me they will NOT return or exchange this for me. They are telling me that the warranty is for them to repair it. The repair person left today, his notes were to order fabric to re-upholster both sides, both arms and the entire back of the sofa!! Do you spend $2000 to get something in this condition that needs this much repair? I just want my money back and I will happily drop this on the sidewalk for all the new customers to see what they can expect!!Do not buy at AshleyFurniture They do not stand behind their products.

We had a really great experience at Ashley.Our sales rep was top notch and went above and beyond.Delivery was also 5 star.Couch and chair came in perfect condition, and the delivery guys set up and disposed of all garbage quickly and efficiently, and were very friendly.

UPDATE 4.5 stars but I can't give a half star. Delivery team was quick and efficient, moved a couch to the garage for me and left no mess upon finishing the delivery. There was some slight damage to the kitchen table in a few spots which seems to be from the manufacturer. One damaged spot may have been from shipping but it definitely occurred before it was brought in the house. Warranty claim has been started so we'll see how that goes. Charles and his delivery team were great. Zero complaints there. Update: Contacted claims department via their text line, followed up with a call and they were helpful and I experienced no issues. Table was picked up for repair with no issues at earliest date that worked with my pickup location.
