Mark is a fully qualified automotive mechanic. He is also the owner of this establishment.I have to say that I have never come across a more honest or fairly priced mechanic in my life. The repairs done by Mark and his team are on time and at or below the estimated price. But even more important, they are done correctly! I never have to go back with the same issue over and over like at some other shops.If I could, I'd give North Fraser Automotive Repair five stars plus!

An honest mechanic. Full stop. I will never go anywhere else. Had a problem years ago with a fuse/fuel pump due to a manufacturer defect. All other shops in the area quoted me $2500+ to replace the whole fuse assembly but not these guys. Mark was so knowledgeable that he used a wiring diagram to manufacture his own part to fix the problem for 90% less than all other quotes. My truck has been running well for many years since. I wouldn’t trust my vehicle with anyone else. Do yourself a favour make this the last mechanic you’ll ever need.

Mark and his team are amazing! I was in a tough spot and had other mechanics try and do more work than needed. Mark fixes what was the problem and didn’t try to make me fix things I don’t need to be fixed.My Magnum is driving much straighter and safer new tires front end and EGR valve!Super happy with the experience!

Just a great guy. Bought a used car from this shop and they keep it well maintained. Honest, no fuss service. I've brought my last 3 vehicles here and have never found a reason not to continue.

Best mechanic shop I have ever dealt with. Mark, the owner, was referred to by good buddy of mine who builds transmissions. He said north Fraser is the only shop he trusts to work on his vehicles. My experience was great. I highly recommend!

The most honest mechanic/owner I have ever met

I had bought a car that had been serviced at this shop for years. I had been highly recommend by the owner of the car I bought. I went to Mark and he agreed that the car was in good condition. I bought the car because he said the car was in good mechanical condition. After buying the car it needed a valve cover and gaskets. Three hundred dollar repair. I talked to previous owner as she said if it needed anything that she would help with the cost. So his shop put the parts on. After waiting for a week for an appointment. The engine light was still on so I asked why the light was still on. Now it needed a thermostat. The worst part of all this is. When the lady that owned the car previous came in to pay for the first repair as she said she would, he told her that I should have been paying for this.He should have been honest with me in the beginning. I did not get the car repaired by him the second time. As I thought who says this. They both knew the car needed repairs and lead me to believe it was in good mechanical condition. Not a nice guy in my eyes. The car still has a number of repairs to do done. What goes around comes around buddy.

Incredible experience every time I visit. Mark and his team of professionals are well equipped to service all makes and models of vehicles at non gouge your heart out prices. I think you will be hard pressed to find a more honest shop owner in our local area imo. Great work Mark and team:)

Great service and very fair pricing. Mark always has gave me the straight answers and advice as to what was needed or not needed for our vehicles. Two Thumbs way up!
