They never pick up their phone, and the cashier keeps scowling at me and the customers in front of me. They keep saying check back tomorrow for a new shipment but the shipment never comes. The staff are rude and the store is understocked. I do not recommend this place.

They were the only business during Covid that had hand sanitizers for sale while other places were out. Also I love their products and service. See you soon! Their nail polish deals are amazing.

I had come to this store for the fidget spinners. I asked the cashier, can I please see the fidget spinner. The cashier said go at the end of the line. I only wanted to see the spinners, but the cashier would not let me. I asked the cashier multiple times, but there was no use. The staff was really rude and I would not recommend this place for anyone.

An eclectic assortment of items sporadically placed in such a confined area is certainly a decision made on the part of the owner, but perhaps that's what the title of the store is implying. We may all be mad here, but I'll only recommend others fall through if they're interested in the concept of wonderland, rather than going through the looking glass in their regular travels.

Staff were helpful and friendly, yet not in your face. They seemed happy at their job. A well run and organized store front. A very good experience I will definitely go back.

This place is questionable. Obscene amounts of money for hand sanitizer at the beginning of the pandemic….Then I foolishly made the mistake of purchasing a set of bed sheets from here which pilled after the first wash. Everything just looks to be of very poor quality.

I am so mad at this company,I happened to walk by their store while quickly going to save on foods..only going out to get my essentials...I saw that they had hand sanitizer pink little bottles and I mean small priced at $5.99... Then I saw they had masks..Do you know what they have done they have put 2 masks in zip locked sandwich bags two per bag asking price $4.99..what the hell is that

I have checked back, in person, 3 times now and keep being given a different arrival date. I have also tried calling but it is usually busy. I realize these spinners are very popular, but am getting tired of driving from White Rock because they are supposed to be getting the shipment. On the plus side, the clerks have always been very pleasant!

Charging 5 dollars for a 98cent bottle of hand sanitizer is disgusting. There are some people with health issues that need it and cant afford it you should be ashamed
