Mike & Ophelia Lazaridis Quantum-Nano Centre (QNC)

Great modern building with lots of beautiful study space and floor to ceiling whiteboard walls. New classrooms and upper year engineering space here as well. The study spaces can get a bit cold in the winter, but thats the trade off for all the windows. Piano in the basement occasionally echoes up to the higher floors. I have yet to hear someone play it poorly. The building is also a good bridge between science and math buildings.

Quantum Nano Centre is the place I study at. Its one of the most beauriful structure built in the campus.

I went on a vacation to Waterloo a couple months ago. We visited the University of Waterloo, because one of my cousins goes there. Whilst there, we explored the Quantum Nano Centre. It is vast, expansive, and possibly sentient. Though I returned to the U.S. after 2 weeks, I'm not sure I ever left the building. Am I really back home, or am I still wandering in the Quantum Nano Centre? I remember the corridors as we tried to leave, they seemed to close in around us, though we tried to go back the way we came, the corridors were different. I don't remember how we got out. I don't remember if we got out.
