Champion Towing Ltd.

This is an Unforgivable event. Champion tow guy came at 4pm March 9 to pull out my car from my backlane pad. He just walked back and forth. Drove back and forth and even asked me to hold a lever switch to release the cable while he pulls it out till it reached my car which I am not supposed to do. After pulling the car out of the pad halfway it took him hours to think of what to do and waited around 7pm and left my car blocking half the backlane. See photo. Cars were forced to pass on the deep shoulders he had created back and forth. 2 cars got stuck and I had to help my lady neighbor with children onboard to get them out so I shoveled in freezing -35° temp. I am an elderly who cant stay out on the cold for more than 15min. This guy endangered me and my neighbors. This guy should be disciplined. He does not deserve to be in the rescue business. I called their dispatch 4 times until they sent another guy at around 10:30 pm. This new guy took only 30 minutes to pullout my car. Please train your guys completely before you send them to emergency or rescue situations.

In the 39 hours of waiting for a tow that was prepaid they lied numerous times about the ETA of a truck. Two trucks arrived and then left when they were too incompetent or I'll equipped to get the job done.Dr. Hook got the job done within 45 minutes of calling them.

It has been 5 days since my vehicle was vandalized. Its not drivable. I made a claim with mpi and they hired Champion to tow it to the mpi compound, and they still haven't towed it. I called champion numerous times and they just keep saying they'll be here soon. Over 5 days and they're still not here. Worst towing company in town!!!

I highly recommend this company! Called for a tow after-hours and they answered the phone right away. The driver (Jagraj Singh) was friendly and went above and beyond what I expected to get me and my car off the side of the road. Very reasonable rates.

Here's the facts folks. Our Peterbilt broke down on the 101 in Winnipeg. We called for a heavy tow for our truck to be taken to Peterbilt Dealer. They said 1 hour for them to get to us. That was at 11am and in -40 weather. Our truck wouldn't start so my wife and I were staying warm off the bunk heater. As 2 hours passed we called back to hear them tell us again that it would be 2 more hours before a tow could get to us. That was at 1pm. We decided to get a cab and get to a hotel. I then called at 5pm for an update, they said it had yet been picked up, however they guaranteed it would be done SOON.As of 845am this morning our truck is still on the 101 shoulder.We called Dr Hook and CANCELED Champion Towing. Absolutely horrible service and a dispatcher that clearlystruggles to properly provide updates to customers and clearly this company can't manage their time. Basically 22 hours of promises and no results. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

They safely towed my vehicle to the mechanics. The driver was polite and helpful.

Worst customer service ever! Doesn’t matter if your a big or little guy. I’m a supervisor with a trucking company and we use champion as we have an account with them. They flat out just lie, they are inexperienced, poorly trained, bad attitudes, and honestly I would hate for any normal person to have to use them, our company will be opening an account at another company as champion is absolutely the worst. Stay away and boycott them, they should be run out of business.
