Great service, friendly and hardworking guys: Matt, Karan and Daniel (Pembina hwy). I didn't have an appointment for oil and for tires change, but they looked and finished it in a short time.Matt politely and patiently answered all my questions. Definitely will recommend this location to my friends.

I was in the unfortunate circumstance of travelling a distance to Winnipeg and by the time I had arrived my rim seemed to be coming loose. I called around and after a couple shops didn’t pick up I was able to get Matt at Midas on the phone and he told me to come right over for a re torque. Very happy with the help he provided me and the kind gesture to get me in so quickly. Very much recommend this location for service.

Needed my brakes done. Traveled far and they were shot when I got here. The service desk attendants were very helpful, understanding and kind. 10/10. Would definitely come back.

I went there to get my winter tire changed last Saturday and they did the winter tires change and courtesy check. The other day when I opened the hood to clean the leafs that where stuck under the wiper and found out the coolant cap was not on properly so the coolant was leaking all over place since then. If I haven’t checked under my hood after the service I would have eventually leaked out all the coolant and possibly damaged the whole engine. And the leak might have got in to the wiring and shorted the electronics out. Definitely not satisfied with the service

I’ve been a dedicated Midas oil change customer for 15 years plus. UNTIL NOW!!!My truck sensor warned me that I was loosing air pressure in my rear tire quickly at 28 lbs while driving down Pembina . I turned around to return home about 15 minutes away. Tire pressure now 26 lbs I decided to stop at 555 Pembina Midas 4:50 pm. The young lad said they were closing but pull up to bay 3 and someone will help. While I’m waiting I saw one employee leaving. At 4:55pm I returned to the front desk. The young chap now says sorry but the air compressor was turned off. He said he would not help out. I went down the street and they even put a plug in for me and sent me on my way with a repaired tire. GOOD BYE MIDAS!!! This store seems to be a problem one at best of times. A previous time they never reset the sensors. I had to return again. NOT ANYMORE. I advised the manager this morning. He apologized and said he would talk to the lad (his son). Lol

I had my tires changeover a week ago. It was a good experience. I use their services again.

I'm extremely impressed with the customer service at Midas on Pembina. I was in need of timely help and I was seen right away upon walking in. They checked out my car, confirmed my suspected issue, and corrected it on the spot. It was thankfully a quick fix and I'd have gratefully paid more than what I was charged...I only had to cover a small part cost. The gentleman I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend this business and will come back in the future.

I've been coming to this Midas location since moving to Winnipeg 3 years ago. They are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and have always given me a fair deal and price. I had been screwed over by a dealership here in town and Midas went above and beyond to help me out, which ended up saving me over a thousand dollars in unnecessary repairs the dealership claimed I needed. They even charged my battery for me and refilled my antifreeze free of charge. I can't recommend them enough!

my check engine light was on. I knew what the issue was, took it to midas, they quoted me $289 to fix it. when I went to pick up my vehicle check engine light was still on. I went back inside to let them know and he came back saying that it's an extra charge"

They tell me less than an hour and I'll be out, I agree to the oil change. Seems like nothing going on but they do take me in to show me all the issues they found. Then once they drain the oil and remove the filter they discover they don't have any filters in stock so now I'm stuck there missing my subsequent appointment while they try to track one down somewhere else in the city. Why on earth would they began the oil change without checking inventory first is beyond me.
