The only place I will ever bring my car to! The staff is great; very personable, honest, kind, down to earth, and overall just want what's best for the customers, and it shows in the work they do. My vehicle always comes back looking way better than it looked going in. It is always spotless! You can tell the work is done at a place of high standards and perfectionism. It is well worth the short drive out of the city!

Great service and fast turnaround, they cleaned and detailed my car as well. Overall a great experience. Will use their services again and would recommend them.

Good Customer service

Does not even deserve one star. Scott was dishonest and seriously lacked integrity. No pride in his business or his work. Told me my vehicle would be done in a week... he had it for two weeks and didn’t do ANYTHING to it (other than take it to another, more expensive shop). When I called to find out where it was at and if it was ready to pick up, Scott was extremely rude. He was difficult to get a hold of and always wanted to fight when you did finally track him down - not great qualities for a business owner. I can’t stress this enough - do not trust this guy with your vehicle or your money. He will make empty promises and pad the bill with things that don’t need to be done. He even tried to tell me that the shop he took it to for an alignment ‘fudged it’ to convince us we still needed to replace a part even though that shop told us directly that it was within spec and the alignment was done and good to go. Decided this was obviously not the shop to use and so we paid our bill at the other shop he had brought it to, Scott said we were good to take the truck and on leaving his shop he felt the need to video tape us leaving. Disgusting behaviour and business all around.

Glad found Elie Autobody in the middle of my temporary commute between Headingley and Portage la Prairie. With my inner fender ripped apart without reason on Highway speed is pretty hilarious.... book it to come the next day to replace a brand new inner fender ( I already have the replacement part in case you are wondering why it is so quick)....... willing to open a bit late only waiting for me. Very good at least in their customer service.cannot comment on paintwork. However, it is a good first impression on autobody around Elie, Cartier, Oakville, Marquette, Fannystelle area.
