I wish, I could give this place 0 stars. I have been to this location couple of times before, the food was good but I just went to this location again this week and my experience was horrible. I just grabbed some Falafel wraps and poutine. The falafels were burnt, hard and tasteless. Inspite of knowing that the falafels are burnt, the guy working there purposely added the falafels to my wraps and on top of that, he also gave us 3 extremely burnt falafels to compensate. I just had the worst experience having a osmo'w's shawarma. Additionally, I ordered 2 medium poutines and the quantity was too damn small. I'll definitely not recommend this place to anyone!

Today we went to order some food and our sauce tastes extremely weird. I normally enjoy food from this location, but the garlic sauce tasted as though it went wrong.Ultimately I couldn’t eat my food and the place was closed to get a refund on the food.

I usually love going to any Osmow's, but I won't be coming to this location again any time soon.I should've stuck a spoon in the box so you could see the level of the rice, but believe me when I say that I got served an incredibly small portion of rice. The worst part is that I get Osmow's all the time and I know that this isn't the regular large portion size, so I was hugely disappointed by this location and it's employee training. The worst part was definitely knowing that I paid + $10 for this large" falafel on the rocks."

Hi, your food is delicious I ordered a lot from you through Uber Eats. but I have to report an issue. Today I ordered the lamb on the rock from Uber Eat around 1 o’clock. When I received the order, I saw the package was not sealed and also there was a crack on it(the package was always being sealed), and there was a large part of the food was missing too. I would like to know if you seal the package every time when the food is ready for delivery? Ps: the delivery guy was riding a bike, wearing a glass. If you sealed the package, please let me know. Thanks

Picked up a quick supper. The employee, Jamie, there at the time was working alone. He was quick, conversational, and so pleasant with me, another customer and a delivery driver. Customer service is as important as the food (which was also great). Keep up the good work, Jamie!

Jamie is amazing and goes above and beyond with possibly the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Not only was the customer service impeccable but he was one of the most quick, organized and professional employees I’ve ever seen at a fast paced restaurant. As a business owner of a local shop in St. Jacob’s, I can honestly say whoever owns this Osmows should really value this employee and his hard work with an amazing attitude! Best shawarma in North Waterloo?I'll be first to admit that I certainly did not visit every single shawarma joint in town (there are just too many to bother with), but Osmow's is actually really good, and can stand it's own ground against just about any any joint that I have eaten from.First of ... the service is friendly and knowledgeable, they really know their assortment, and I like that they ask us to customize our meals (add this, substitute that, etc.).The food comes out hot and wonderfully seasoned, this is after all middle-eastern cuisine, so you expect unique flavours.Both of our salads were prepared from fresh and crunchy veggies, and our mains were super tasty. The meats on both were moist, juicy yet well properly cooked, the rice was yummy and the sauces complimented the meals perfectly. (Be warned about their hot sauces ... the hot is actually very hot! I like it hot, but most could find this too hot. If by chance you find that your mouth and gullet are on fire" ... head next to Dairy Queen

Ordered online. Arrived 1 minute past the pickup time, and the food was cold. To make matters worse, the fries were missing, and my son's medium" wrap was too spicy to eat
