I ordered filters 2 months ago and never received them. I have sent 4 emails with no response. They have stolen my money. I also noticed this company has no phone # wonder why?

Like the other two reviews I ordered filters and they took my money but no filters where sent. I tried to reach them but no response. I am going to see what visa can do. If they are back ordered, why don’t they say something?
