Just had the worst Wopper I’ve ever had in my life. Aside from it being cold, the patty was about 100 years old, the slices of tomato were hard as a rock, and the burger overall had a burnt taste to it. Quality at this location has been sketchy for many years, but today it reached a new low. I’m done with BK

Did the Drive-thru,Ordered two meals, 1 with fries and 1 with mozza sticks, both with popReceived unsalted fries for both orders (no mozza sticks), pops were watery and not carbonated, both of us added more kethcup and mayo to our burgers (once home) as they were dry and have more bun than anything else to them. Took a chance and was disappointed

Love this location. Stop in 3 to 4 times a month and the ladies at the drive through are absolutely amazing. They always remember us at the drive through as soon as we place our order. Friendly, fast and always get our order right. Highly recommended

The food is excellent but total chaos in the restaurant. My order was to be ready for pick up at 6:19 and on arrival they had no idea where it was or if it was even in the restaurant!!?? Other customers were angry because the service was slow, orders were wrong, people were charged for extras they weren't aware of. . on and on. Probably won't order from here again. I did an on line order. Not good!

Worst experience ever. $50 for disgusting food. No time stamp on the empty old blueberry pie , chicken fries so hard I threw one at my wall and it sounded like a bowling ball, poutine may as well be called poutine soup with a huge chunk of ice cold cheese on top. What the heck burger king ? This is awful.

This Burger King has gone down in quality and customer service. One time I went for breakfast and they had no egg and failed to put a sign up or tell me at the drive-through. I just went now and ordered food and the lady failed to tell me again They have no cash until they decide to open the safe. Why are you serving breakfast if you have no money or cash and no Eggs. It makes no sense PLEASE Do Not support this Burger King it is absolutely terrible and waste of your time and money. GO to the one on mapleview.

This has to be the worst location I have ever been to. It took 25 minutes to receive our order after ordering. All our food was overcooked. Unfriendly staff. Poorly managed, there is clearly no one running the team. Dine in customers are not prioritized at all. Service is slowed further by their policy to escort every patron that needs to use the washroom to the door to unlock. If I could give negative stars, I would.

The quality of the food is steadily worsening.They don't give you napkins in the bag.Double check your order before leaving.No receiptOne particular server at take out window does not include napkins or sauces when asked for. She must be receiving complaints all the time.I know I won't be going back anytime soon. Too many bad experiences in a row.This location was once very good. What happened?

It's relatively clean restaurant. The seating area is so old. I know the building is more than 35 years old. BK you need to spruce this place up badly.Food was bland but ok. Too many people at front counter in training. Could not do even basic orders without help - therefore they aren't trained enough.Staff were friendly and communicative, which gives this more than a 1 star.

on june 4th at 3 :22 am i had the worst experience in my life. The workers were lazy to work and they said they are closed today due to special day . After my questions they changed their words that they just closed for 30 mins as it is there cleaning day at the same time they were serving skip and uber . I found many people coming to this store and went back with an empty stomach. I waited and took my food even after that i found people leaving from drive through without service .
