Have never had a bad or negative experience with the company, products, or customer service. They are good in store, but it’s a different story having anything shipped to you. I ordered 3 x brand x a month ago and the product came leaking all over the place. I lost a lot of the product during shipping. I called and asked to have them take care of the issue, they advised me to send in photos of the issue , which I did and supposedly was given wrong email address. Here we are a month later and still no help on there end.

Great store! Has everything you need for car detailing. Staff is very knowledgeable and can answer all my questions. They are passionate and are car enthusiast. Great service. I didn’t know the store existed until a few days ago. This store bridges what you learn from Chemical guys on the internet to your own personal application. Highly recommended for car detailer enthusiasts.

From start to Finnish these guys are pros. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They will go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of as a customer. If you want good value for your money, this is the place where you’ll want to spend it. Detail garage also offers a customer loyalty program. Make sure you sign up for rewards. I have delt with several of their associates and every single one has delivered outstanding customer service. This is and will be my one and only place that I will be going to for detailing products and advise.

They sell Chemical Guys products which I find are better than the big box store offerings. Staff is helpful. Store is nice inside and well stocked. I hope they stay at this location for a long time. It is addictive.

They have all your needs for washing and detailing your vehicle. I expressed I just got my first vehicle wrap and they set me up with what I need to care for it without trying to up-sell me on products I don’t need.
