Dr Karaban and her staff always make me feel very comfortable at the office. She is down to earth and explains things in a way that I actually understand. She is always available if I need to be seen. She truly cares about her patients

Super nice and patient. They got me in right away, no waiting 2 months. Alison was great, explained everything in detail. She was super patient with me and did a great job cleaning. A no stress place. Really nice and clean.

Great dentist - receptionist is so friendly and welcoming. Felt so well taken care of. Great with kids too! Highly recommend!

I don't live in town, but it's worth the drive. Dr. Karaban is the only dentist I trust to work on my teeth. Probably the best in Ontario. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Great office. Great staff. Very accommodating with my 2 children, one of whom has special needs. And one has adhd, so sitting still isn't easy for her and she fidgets alot , but staff never make it seem like she has to stay still, like I've had in the past with others!Been there a few times, once at the end of covid (not quite as easy to maneuver a wheelchair through the different dividers)! And a few times without the covid dividers. (Alot easier that time!)Staff friendly, and remember small details I've tole them before! Oh, and they don't try and ask me questions while working in my mouth!Glad I found a dentist close to home with great staff !

Had first appointment today, staff were very professional and offered good advice. Nice waiting room with separate room for kids to play in. Children felt very comfortable with the hygienists.Prices are very reasonable compared to other offices. They won't gouge you.

The entire team at Dove dental were really great.It had been awhile since I got out to the dentist and my neglect resulted in needing a fair bit of dental work done. The office is bright and welcoming, and the location is easy to find in downtown Ingersoll. In the era of Covid, the entire team and office is set up to keep patients and staff safe. I felt comfortable and safe getting my dental work done.My initial intake and exam were thorough and stress free. The Dove Dental team took the time to explain the issues and what needed to be done. With the modern dental camera they use, you can clearly see issues like tartar build up on their monitor. The dental hygienist took the time to educate me on better dental care and made recommendations that I could easily incorporate into my daily routine. No sales pressure to take on any services that I didn't want or need, I appreciate an ethical dentist.I just finished my first appointment to get dental work done. Dr. Kasha Karaban and Michael (I'm sorry if I got the name wrong, I'm horrible with names) the dental assistant were both friendly, professional, and made the experience easy and low-stress. They worked as a good team to get the dental work done quickly, efficiently, and without any notable pain.For those nervous about going to the dentist, there's a TV on the ceiling in each room that you can watch. It may seem like a small thing, but it's a welcome mental distraction rather than focusing on the dental work as it's being done. It's probably standard in modern dentistry, but a numbing swab is used on the gums before the freezing is administered, so there's no pain during the experience. My experience at Dove Dentistry was likely one of the most positive and easy experiences that I've had for dental work.All in all, a professional team and a clean, modern dental office. Dove dental totally took out all the anxiety of going to the dentist for me. Never had one issue. And always friendly. Would highly recommend.
