Pakmen Volleyball Club

Incredibly impressed by the courts, instructors, and organization. My daughter Madeleine just started there and already loves it.

We had our kids attend fall session at the Pakmen Mississauga location. They overbooked the class for about 20 kids per court. They had 2 guys coaching them. They rarely taught anything. My kids never even had a chance to touch the ball since there were 12 people on each side. Way to crowded and the coaches didn’t even care. They just teach a skill and jus walk away for the kids to learn themselves. Very lazy and had zero passion to teach. If parents are paying and driving their kids to a lesson, we have the right to have a certain expectation. Please don’t waste our time and money. My kids attended the Canlan location in spring session and it was much better. Better coaches and smaller classes.

My daughter really enjoyed the intermediate league.

The staff was so rude in replying email. Bad customer service I ever experienced.

Their customer service in Mississauga is atrocious. I called today to fix my brother's location, hoping to reschedule him to the Mississauga branch.Unfortunately, the man on the phone was extremely unprofessional and rude. I asked if there was anything I could do to just get to what was needed, but the man on the phone kept talking without giving the proper assistance needed. Said I needed to check locations, and call, I did that. Then saying I needed to do it on paper, not on call. They are very unreliable with their information. Not to mention the attitude that was given. May God bless him.Depending on which branch you choose to send your siblings or children with, do be careful. I suggest not going to any Mississauga locations without researching and checking their facilities and coaches. I do not want my brother exposed to individuals that I met on call.

It's unfortunate that the organization is about the money NOT the kids. We ended up having a conflict with the date we signed up for. Upon emailing to ENQUIRE about what the cancellation policy was and asking if we can move to the next session, we were refunded our money and charged $25. If that is the policy fine, but I did not ask for that, so I called them. The man talked to me very rudely but said I could change it. Great but he then went on to say he gets hundreds of changes and no other change would be aloud after this one. If he wasn't so rude we would have asked to move it. After thinking about what he said, the hundreds of changes which he also pointed out is actually a $50 charge (I should be appreciative that he only charged me $25 is what he said) That is a lot of money made from charges as children's schedules sometimes do change. All I wanted was to move to the next session. Where has good customer service gone?

Great coaching staff. They engage kids and ensure they are developing and having fun. Highly recommend for any skill level.

Almost tried to charge me $100 for a ball which I didn't steal. Using wrong tone of voice. But decent court.

My daughter just finished up 2 weeks of the half day summer camp and loved it. She is interested in joining the regular league. It's a really positive environment which she hasn't found in other team sports. It's refreshing to see that for and from all the players and coaches.
