I highly recommend TT Media. Through out our whole experience during wedding planning we did not run into any issues with them. Ting and Pan accommodated our needs and the our final product was amazing. We used their services for both photography and videography and we couldn't be happier. They did a great job capturing the special moments for us. If possible, I recommend going to venues that allow drones! Some of our favorite shots were used with their drone, definitely take advantage of it.

I had my professional headshot done with TT Media a while ago, they are very professional and patient. Then I chose them to get personal portrait done, it was very enjoyable working with their team. The coordinator has put a lot of effort on communicating with their clients to ensure they know their customers' needs and help clients to create their own style of photos.

We would like to thank Pan, Ting, and the TT Media Service team for the videography they did for our wedding in November. The team captured every fun, romantic, tearful, and blooper moments.Ting and Pan are flexible and truly worked to meet everyone's needs. Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism are some key words that come to mind when I reflect on their service.The final products brings back the great memories (and special tears) all over again. The best wedding planner and photographer in town!Pan was everything we had asked for. Extremely professional and experienced, and was able to be super creative with our budget. We had Ting take photos for our wedding back in July and we couldn't be happier with the results. Ting was very professional, polite, easy going and passionate about his work. I hired TT Media Service for business/corporate headshots for our organization. Ting was very friendly and responsive while booking, and was flexible and understanding when we had to adjust plans due to Covid. He delivered exactly what we needed for photos, and made our staff members feel comfortable and confident during the shoot. The final images were excellent and I look forward to working with TT again in the future!
