We are beyond happy with our experience with AGI Design! My fiance worked with Alex to design the ring and was really impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and responsiveness. He said the main reason he chose AGI Design to begin with was because of the resin models they create to make sure the ring is exactly as you want it before they start production - very unique offering, and helpful when you've never designed a ring before. We chose to get my wedding band from AGI Design as well because of the great experience with the engagement ring -- absolutely love the wedding band too!

We have ordered from Alex and his company on two separate occasions and they have hit the mark each time! Alex was super accommodating with our custom order and answered all of the questions we asked him. Each piece turned out beautiful and exceeded our expectations! Each package was also packed very securely to protect the rings during shipping! I would recommend AGI Design to anyone in the market for fine jewelry!

I highly recommend AGI Design! Alex is absolutely wonderful to work with, very helpful and responsive, and he went above and beyond to deliver us the ring in time for an event. The custom design process was great - Alex captured exactly what I was looking for and his process allowed me to check in at various points along the way to confirm the design and make any tweaks if needed (though none were). The finished product is stunning! We have already gone back to him for wedding bands and will definitely be purchasing from AGI Design for any future jewelry needs.
