Burda's Towing Service

I was very impressed with Burda's Towing. I had called my road side and they were unable to locate a service for me for approximately 2.5 hours. It was 2am and freezing cold. I gave Burda's a call and they immediately responded, even though I was past their service area. Jake called me 10 minutes after I made the initial phone call and told me where he was, what he needed to do and what his ETA was.Once he arrived he hooked my car up, talked to my road side for me, got it all figured out and covered, THEN brought me 12 more miles past his service area to my house.The whole situation was handled very professional, extremely quick and Jake was very informative. He also cared about making sure I was safe and in my car.I highly recommend Burda's Towing. I will be using them if needed in the future. I also have saved their number in my phone for if there is a next time.I appreciate all the above and beyond help!

I locked my keys in my car today and I called Burda’s and a guy was at my house within 10 minutes and had my doors opened within 5 min. The guy was very friendly and efficient and I had a very positive experience! Thank you!

Great service, and very friendly. Price was higher than I expected to move a toolbox. But overall it was reasonable.

We were just pulled out of the ditch by Tanner with Burda’s Towing. It was an extremely bad weather day with about 5 inches falling in less than an hour. I was very nervous aboutgoing in the ditch in the first place on a day I should not have been out, and Tanner was professional, helpful, and reassured us that he could get us out and on our way. Great company, I highly recommend Burda’s.

Reasonable pricing and great customer service. Business operates in accordance with all state and federal regulations. If you are in need of retrieving vehicle from tow yard go to the Rogers location prepared with Title and valid proof of current insurance. Charge of $35/day in addition to charges incurred from initial tow services. They do accept credit card payments, but this service comes with an additional charge for processing (a small percentage for processing around 3%).

Corey arrived to answer my call about 20 minutes earlier than I had been quoted, which was great. He went over the options for a tow vs. tire change and even helped answer questions for another gentleman who approached us while we were discussing my vehicle. He was quick, friendly, and very professional. I was very happy with the service and my experience!

They vandalized the interior of my vehicle. A 2021 Jaguar E Pace. After the tire blew, this company stole a pair a sunglasses that was sentimental to me. The owner told me I had issues and didn't offer any explanation.

My town truck driver was so nice, it was freezing cold out and I was super anxious about the whole situation but his friendly attitude put me at ease. I had a small wait because it was such a busy day for them but I that is to be expected. He brought me to the car dealership and dropped he at the door after making sure everything was taken care of and my vehicle was placed where the car shop wanted it. Very professional, would call them again ! But hopefully I won't have to haha
