Fred was excellent through the whole buying experience. We had a short time window and Fred was able to meet with us on short notice and handle the entire process while we were out of state. I highly recommend. AAA+++

Do not recommend!!!Found a property and basically did all of the work for this guy! We called- we found multiple properties. He was too lazy and obese to show multiple properties and only bothered to show up for one showing. Never called back or returned phone calls before, during or after the closing nor did he put forth a lift of his huge fingers for effort. He even tried to steal our deposit. TRIED! I told him he would be getting a poor review based on his poor and nonexistent customer service skills- and he even says he does not care!! If this review can help others not to get scammed- if you work with him you are at risk of just giving money away for charity work which may be fine during this holiday season but not if you're in the market for buying a property! Make sure you have your legal team ready!Red Flags!!! Go with your gut feeling about this guy!
