Earth to Table: Bread Bar Locke
Probably one of the easiest 5 stars I could give! Came here late one night for dinner and we were blown away. High quality breads in the appetizers and the perfect pairing of sauces, highly recommend the goat cheese! Please order the bread plate as an appetizer, you won’t regret it! Umami burger was delicious, crunchy parm and mushrooms in sauce really made the meal. Risotto was creamy and topped with an amazing pesto sauce, couldn’t have asked for a better blend of veggies in it. Impressive portions to go along with it! On top of that, the salted caramel milkshake was delicious and a great end to the meal. Thank you to the kind staff that made sure our experience was perfect, the sweetest team!

Earth to Table: Bread Bar Locke
Went here for lunch and had the best waitress!!! She was so fun and energetic, we had a birthday to celebrate and she added the flare & cheer!! We started with loaded fries, they were so delicious and the serving for 3 was great. We also got a half chicken which comes with pesto sauce. The 2nd choice was the something chicken pizza, it was delicious with plenty of toppings

Very nice restaurant. Amazing pizza... They definitely use quality ingredients. The drinks are a little bit over price. However, other than that, nothing to complain about. Nice small patio overlooking trendy Locke Street

Polite staff with quick service. The ambiance was pleasant & had a balanced mix of being not too loud or not too quite.The Umami burger was delicious, yet the fries were a little underwhelming lacking on the originality and flavour. The hot sauce for the fries was sweet and a little tangy which was a positive. The white sauce on the fries were a little bland and did not seem to have much seasoning. The cheese used worked for the specific dish as a good cheddar makes most foods better!Total spent: $30 including tip for the Umami Burger with the Loaded Fries upgrade. (The bigger plate of Loaded Fries attached below was an appetizer shared with the table, and I did not include it in the price)In my opinion that is pretty expensive $$$ but considering the quality of the service and the food, it’s a well deserved 4 star.

The food and the vibe of the restaurant were stunning. I don’t order soups and salads often nor do I ever rave about something like a soup or a salad, but this place changed my outlook on them. I came here with friends after a hike and it’s incredible how fresh all of their ingredients tasted— I felt nourished and invigorated. I got their soup and salad of the day and I fell in love. And their staff were so warm and friendly. They also sell merchandise like cook books which I will definitely buy next time I come, since I haven’t stopped thinking about their salad since I came last.

Good place to stop in and grab a bite- they do awesome pizza! Tried a falafel burger the last time I ate here, it was nothing special though. However their fries are fantastic, and their housemade strawberry lemonade is delicious! Will definitely be back to try something else :)

From the modern and fun aesthetics to the incredibly tasty food, this was a clear winner for me in Hamilton. I was genuinely surprised since I'm not a 'bread' person but they do such great food that aren't bread focus that I'm happy to come back.The spacious interior is bright and inviting and it is nice enough for a cute date night (saw a few tables like this) to bigger family gathering (one table had easily 10 people). Service here is happy, pleasant, and thoughtful. They were constantly checking in on us and it was quick as well.The salads are legit good... not some anemic leafy thing with bottle dressing. This was filled with great ingredients (quinoa, cheese, beans, chickpeas, lots of wonderful greens...) and it tasted amazing. I would happily eat this again. The soup was something you'd imagine out of a grandma's kitchen. It tasted freshly made and seasoned well. I was happy to get the soup and salad combo. The burger was juicy and topped with amazing cheese and mushroom combo. The fries were crispy and hot. Just overall amazing.Definitely would come back to try their bread platter (I drooled when I saw the table beside us get theirs) and the pizza (they're insanely giant so you need at least 4 people!).

Love the atmosphere, staff and food! The pizzas are incredible - we've tried Bee Sting, Cheese Louise, and Mexican Street Corn and none of them has disappointed us. The menu is seasonal but anytime they change it up, we know it'll be great!

Earth to Table: Bread Bar Locke St. has catered two company events for us in the last few months. Both meals were excellent; very fresh, delicious, and healthy. Our team really enjoyed the Christmas Breakfast and Spring Picnic. A big thank you to Bridget for all the excellent service!
