Most of the time the staff are nice enough. I can't say the same for some of the customers, but I guess that's everywhere.It's clean and I agree about their good choice in music.Good depot and better than most.

Moe's Bottle Depot
Best bottle depot I've been to. The staff are very helpful and nice, even gave me gloves one I'm cuz I forgot mine and I'm 7 months pregnant. Very nice establishment, hardly any bees (which is great cuz I'm allergic) so this is the only place I return to.

I can't talk about the customer experience as we always drop the bags off. but they are always counted and added to our account within 24 hours. since the fire I have gone to 2 other depots in abbotsford and they mysteriously lost bags at each of those locations. it's a shame but Moe's is thr only place I trust in abbotsford.noe I travel to maple ridge to return my bottles.

Very friendly staff, always helpful. Even when busy, we are always in and out fairly quickly. They also have a program you can join to drop your bottles off, have them count them, and then get a cheque/transfer.

I don't believe the rating of 4.5 stars it's woke rude rude and rude the owners are. The best and friendliest place to go is the depot just off of ware st across from the Bavarian restaurant they know how to smile and talk to the customers with respect

Moe's Bottle Depo is absolutely the best bottle depo in Abbotsford!Not only do they they have most Friendly Staff, but they are also Pet Friendly! Always offering my Puppy Blue dog treats.They also give 0.10 per container waving the processing when the other depo's charge a processing fee. Others and myself included have questioned the count on the returns brought in to the other 2 depo's.I have never had a bad or degrading experience at Moe's as I've had at the other two bottle depo's.My hats off to Moe's and I consider them Friends not just associates.Thank you to the Owners and Staff.Randol.
