Shirley is incredible. She has really done wonders to help us feel empowered as a team with our dog. She has given us the confidence to also foster multiple times and I really can’t fully put into words all of the amazing things Shirley does for so many pups and their guardians. Peter loves you Shirley, and we do too!!!

Sorry Shirley. I already submitted a 1 star review, then retracted it because I thought you would make it right. But what a waste of $1100 for a board and train. Shirley made excuse after excuse, then suggested that I was supposed to follow up with the additional training days she offered for free since her fence got blown down during my $1100 board and train. Then upon returning home didn't send any training videos, ideas, words or anything to continue on the 10 day training she was hired for. I gave her an opportunity after she admitted that she owed me 3 days of training to come correct, but after 2.5 weeks I had no contact from her and when I sent her an inquiry on Facebook messenger she went into a tizzy that it's my fault that I didn't follow up and my dog was special and different, and ultimately it was my fault that after her offer of a few days extra of training and I'll just pick her up when you're at work" it became my problem after leaving my dog with her for a 10 day board-and-train to follow up with her for these extra days she admitted she owed me. In fairness

My partner and I met Shirley 4 years ago the day we had just gotten our new puppy. They way Shirley spoke about dog training deeply aligned with my partner and I’s values. We have worked with Shirley through puppy classes and when our dog started becoming reactive. Shirley has showed up for us time and time again and has taught us how to be the best advocate for our dog. We haven’t met many people as dedicated to the wellbeing of dogs as Shirley. Our dog absolutely loves Shirley and she will continue to be the person we go to for all our questions around Dog training. Shirley is a brave trainer advocating for force free training. She truly will have your dogs best interest in heart and will contribute to a well rounded healthy and happy dog with her training. Anang would also love to mention she loves you Shirley ❤️❤️

Shirley is legitimately the best dog trainer I have ever worked with. I run a dog rescue that has rehomed over 400 dogs and Shirley has been instrumental in many of these successful adoptions. Not only does she understand the animals; she is fantastic at communicating and educating the humans — a social quality I find not to be present in all dog trainers. Shirley lifts up and empowers dog owners to give them the confidence to provide their dogs with the stability they need, and there’s no one better in the business!
