Port Burwell Red&White Food Market Limited

First time going in to this store. We did not know we were not aloud to shop in the store. We were scared away from the lady owner. Have some respect lady. Stop scaring your customers away. I’m reporting your store. What an embarrassing to port burwell. After reading all the review the owners should be fired off.Absolutely disgraceful rude lady you are. It’s the truth about you.How is your business still open. We shopped at other stores and shared our Experience at your store, they said lots of customers you scare off. The reason is lots of theft happening in your store.You lost our business & I will never come back to your store!That’s not us we are local customers that want to give you business.

Went looking around for some small games we could bring back to the campsite with us, when the cashier asked if we needed help we said we're just looking around for.." totally cut us off thinking we weren't buying anything and wouldn't even look at us

Totally agree with the other reviews. The sign about no walking around was up LONG before the pandemic. She’s very rude to tourists. We camp at Port Burwell and thought we would go and look around and buy what we need. Browsing is how you see what they have and what you need. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in a store before. I don’t understand how you can treat campers this way. We come back over and over to camp and that’s how you would make more money. Luckily, we were told about another food store in the area and picked up all our food stuff there. I can’t believe the poor treatment this lady gives to her potential customers.

This is a nice and very convenient shop in the neighborhood，lots of stuff to choose from at a very good price.The signs reminded me of shopliftings the owners have been experiencing so many years.

I can't even give it a star but have too. We were from out of town and were told we were not allowed to look around that they are only there for locals and for campers. She was rude, watached us like a hawk as though we were going to steal something. She didn't care if we were looking to spend NOT ALLOWED to browse. Every time I go to Port Burwell I went to this store and bought something NEVER AGAIN!!!! I was mind blown!!!

It was unfriendly place. I went to Port Burwell for birdwatching. At lunch time, I found the food that I taken with me was not enough. So I decided to find a place that I can buy some food that I can easy to take with me. I found this store on google map. My wallet was in my backpack that is the reason I took backpack with me. There was a sign that said no go around". I went there for buying thing. I just felt the staff(owner) was so unfriendly. so I did not buy anything there and just got out in a few minutes. Then I drove about 25 minutes to Port Rowan. I got my food in Port Rowan. The Red & White did not have hand sanitizer provided at entrance like other store. The entrance space is so tiny that hard to keep the distance between the customers. In my experience

Really lovely owners. I used to come here as a kid every year and they would recognize us! Lovely little shop with camping necessities, do not expect to do a full grocery shop here.

Me and my family are camping in the area and we're walking through town stopped in at the red and white store and as we walked in the door the lady at the front told us we could only come in if we are going to buy something,.I asked we can't look around she said no it's not here to look I am as so disgusted by her behaviour how do u operate a business like this even if I wanted to buy something I would never go there.

Grabbed ice cream for the kids from the take out window. Ice cream was priced cheaper than the other ice cream store two doors door and the one at the beach.You can also grab ice and fire wood at a reasonable price. Kiddie scoops were the perfect size for my little ones
