terrible experience. went to the store to upgrade device. the girl working seemed more concerned about watching her phone go off than helping me. I was told I was not eligible for a plan and would have to pay over $700 for the phone I wanted. I left the store, went home and did it myself online hassle free for $0 as I was eligible like I knew I was. Thanks for nothing and wasting my time!
