The staff at collective event rentals were very helpful when I contacted them. However the hours posted on the website are not accurate, leading to some extra stress just before a big event.The chairs we rented were beautiful and easy to set up and take down. We set up 175 chairs in about 20 minutes with only 4 people. However, we were told our chairs would be tied on carts and shrink-wrapped, but when we arrived at 4pm, they were neither tied nor wrapped. The warehouse staff was not around and we had to tie them ourselves and take them unwrapped.
