We are a small non profit museum in Calgary and finding a company that could help with our small request for confidential shredding without charging us an extortionate amount was challenging. Record Express, and in particular Rhyl, was extremely helpful and gave us a good price, arrived on time, was helpful and courteous and everything was taken care of with no hassle. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again for any other services we need.

I have nothing but good things to say about Recordxpress and their employees. Our clinic switched over from a larger provider, who we had nothing but issues with. From day one speaking with Aaron, he was more than helpful helping me set up our account and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. Pick up services for our media tapes used to be a massive headache, but Rhyl has accommodated our every need and been helpful every step of the way. I highly recommend this company for your shredding and storage needs. Not to mention their pricing is much more reasonable than their competitors, and they offer 10X better service.

Fantastic service! No need to make an appointment like other shredding services in Calgary. Excellent rates compared to other services in calgary. Rhyl met us at the gate, unloaded all the boxes of shredding for me, had the paperwork ready to sign and payment machine in hand. Will definitely be using them for all future needs.

From contacting me promptly to get me a quote on storage services, patience with the contract process and coming to pick up our 254 boxes to take to their facility, this company has impressed me all around! Aaron was great and accommodating. Rhyl moved every box himself down a lot of stairs and barely broke a sweat. And their prices are more fair then other companies I looked at. Very pleased with the decision to work with this company for our needs.
