Five Star Restaurant
This is my first time at Five Star. I over indulged, as is my wont; but it was well worth it. The food was good, the coffee better and the service second to none. Friendly staff with humour and skill served me expertly. I was also not rushed out the door after I was done but instead offered more coffee. That hit the spot. Well, okily dokily, that’s all I have to say.

Great family service. Brought my 3 kids and my parents. Restaurant was not noisy and the service staff really understood what was needed to help with our kids. The were quick and friendly. They have a huge selection of food, something for everyone. We had the dinner for 3... Very tasty Chinese.

Five Star Restaurant
Truly disappointed, the prices on the online menu are different than what you will be charged. I ordered using the online menu and called for pickup, they charged me 20$ more then it said on the menu online. I spoke to them about it and they are aware but refuse to change it because they don’t know how. Instead of paying 51$ I had to pay 71$ plus tip. Not impressed and the food was just alright, not worth the price.

Met a girlfriend for lunch. The food was awesome, and the waitress was attentive. Enjoy the many smiling faces on people who I recognize.

Had a Chinese Food combo plate. It was delicious. Large portions. Reasonable prices. Others had a club sandwich, spaghetti and smoked meat sandwich. All good was deeeelicious

Went here on March 15th with a friend.What can I say. The food was very delicious!We also met a lady that who paid for us because we made her day better.The waitress named “Holly was a great lady”.I definitely would go back and recommend others too!

as some one who has spend many dollars here and enjoyed the food till now don't get me wrong it has been lacking since the kid took over but nothing this bad paid 4 65 for a spring roll same size as there eggrolls i bought 3 second chicken ball meat was so dry was like eating jerky same with the ribs just awful rice was off eggrolls tasted like they were soaked in salt water wifes was the same only thing i can't complain about is the fried wongtons and you would hope they would get it right after all this it cost 116 for 3 numbers 12 eggrolls 3 spring rolls and fried wongton and we usually spend more but sad never again i will be enjoying the kemptville restaurant from now on we used to get 6 spring rolls in family size Styrofoam container and they hardly fit and we paid less but money aside as thats not the real issue the real issue is the food was awful simple

My hot poultry sandwich was OK but wife's spaghetti and meat sauce was inedible. The tell-tale smell of too much cinnomon (often added to cut greese) was her first clue. We visited with friends who knew the place and we did not make a scene. We should have realized what was good when they both ordered from the Chinese section of the menu. We'll know if we ever return.

Food portions were very large. Prices are very comparable yo other small family restaurants. Our waitress was great checking in with us, filling our coffee with a smile. I would recommend this resturant.

If I could give less then a 1 star I would. Went last Friday night, ordered but became sick and had to sit in the truck. Leaving my sunglasses on the table. Not only did they not offer to package up an untouched meal, when I called an hour later to say my glasses were left. The owners mother assured me they would be there when I came back to get them in a couple days.Fast forward a couple days and an hour drive out of my way. Lo and behold a staff member had stolen them. The mother remembered talking to me and remembered where she put them. Behind a counter not accessible to customers.If you want your things stolen and horrible service 5/5. This is your place.Update: they found them, moved behind a bottle of booze that wasn’t there. Kudos to them.No offer of retribution for time wasted driving or food.-10/5
