Amazing team at KW Foot and Orthotics! They immediately made us feel welcomed and enthusiastic about helping us. Serge was not only professional, and informative, but warm and friendly as well. He was straight about what he thought he could help us achieve and what kind of support he could realistically offer in an orthotic. This is a new location for them, but they have been in business for years and have the knowledge to show. There offices are bright and modern as well as clean. They will make you very comfortable.

I selected this clinic for the great reviews, which were spot on. Amazing staff, super friendly and fun. Always happy to come in, with no “appointment dread.” Treatments are working (vs. physio), and my plantar fasciitis is finally healing (heel pun?). Thanks so much to Serge and his fantastic staff for the TLC - and bonus bbq pizza tips.

The staff were just lovely. With Serge’s expertise, I have made huge gains in my mobility! After two years of dead ends and frustration with foot pain and major limitations on my activities, Serge has guided me through a treatment plan that has allowed me to get back to so much of what I’d had to give up. It has not involved a labour-intensive or tedious program on my part. I’m so thankful I found this clinic!

I've been seeing Serge for about 12 yrs now. He's done several procedures and fixed my pronation so that I am not in pain. He invests in the best technology, a computerised scan to create the most accurate orthotics. I've tried the old methods of stepping in the sponge made by other practioners and these orthotics are the best. Serge and his staff are very friendly and I do highly recommend this office.

Finally, after 3 different Chiropodists I finally found someone to fix my painful ingrown toenail after 25 years of suffering! Dr Nicole Yee and Angela her assistant were so caring, professional and efficient during my toe nail procedure. Angela has a great vibe and helped distract me during my procedure! The Dr was able to give me anesthesia injections to help with the painful procedure. Follow up was great I had to go back twice and felt supported. I wish I would have been able to have this surgery offered to me by all the other Chiropotists I had seen. Thank you Dr Nicole Yee for giving me the freedom to be pain free!

Went to this office and saw Serge, he was amazing. The staff was always so friendly, helpful and smiling. It made my laser appointments great.Serge also got me set up with orthotics, it was a very easy and simple process.Will definitely continue to use them for any issues with my feet going forward.

I was welcomed to the office. All the the staff were all smiling and friendly to me. I felt nothing from the operation since we talked about life while it was getting done. I felt no pain at all. The doctor who to care of me made me feel so comfortable. I would recommend this office to amy one who needs something done to their feet. Thank you for making my visit enjoyable.
