Went in for a fitting for a new set of irons. Patrick took the time to explain the process and what each change (shaft, lie, loft) would accomplish. I never realized what a small change in one item could accomplish for me. I was fitted once before at the other chain in town and it had left me with a bad taste for the process. Get fitted no matter how bad you think your swing is. I highly recommend Golf Central for all your golfing needs!!

Local company with great service. They havent gone bankrupt like their competitors who stiffed suppliers for over 40 million. Golf Central is worthy of our support! Id like to see 1 or 2 video golf screens in the future.

I purchased a New so I was told come to find out it wasn’t MGI coaster golf caddy there at the First of the year of 2019 This year I used it once and it stopped working In June of this year it took it back to Golf Central They had my cart for two or more months trying to figure out problems. Finally I asked to send it to On The Go Leasure The distributor for MGI carts who are based in Ontario. After another month an half I called to find out the problem They said would cost $ 700 to fix. I said I didn’t want it fixed. It was supposed to be shipped back to me. Pat from Golf Central told On The Go Leasure to fix. the cart And ship back to him Now here it is Thursday October 21 No calls from anyone After I called On The Go Leasure they said Golf Central had it approximately 6 weeks didn’t get a call about it being fixed I think Golf Central was going to try to sell it Now after my inquiries there are going to put the old part back in and give it back. I don’t know what kind of scams are going on there but I’ll never do business there again. You try to buy from small businesses an this is how you get treated. I had some golf clubs regripped, so much more helpful and knowledgable than their competitor that I had just come from; I also bought pair of shoes and the young man was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, again much more than the competitors I had just come from...Golf Central is my go to golf store!

Courteous and respectful. Totally professional. Store is staffed with knowledgable and experienced staff. Quality equipment at affordable prices. Ask for Sam Roy, very helpful person. Sales staff is not pushy. They allow you to take as long as you like.

Was nice to find a locally owned golf shop that has the same amenities as the big box store. I got a club fitting done and got some good feedback from their launch monitor.The staff were really great and I ended up getting my existing clubs regripped. Not sure if they do this every time, but I had my clubs back within 2 hours.Definitely worth checking out if you're a golfer or looking for something for that golf nut in your life.

Went to this establishment with gift cards I had received on one of the two evenings they are open until eight. The young staff person who helped me was great. When I got to the cash it was another story. A woman, whom I assume was one of the owners, checked out my goods. She wanted a great deal of personal information just to make a simple sale. When I said that I did not share this (Lord knows where it ends up or is sold to) she asked for my email address so they could send info. And I was said that I did not need spam in my email, as a mass ad campaign is by definition spam. She curtly replied that this was not spam!I still have some funds left on one of the gift cards, but will never return to that store. There are lots of pleasant paces to get golf gear. I hope she spends the money I will never exchange for merchandise on customer service skill development, or perhaps simple manners.
