We have been bringing our senior facility bus to Ryanco for years for inspections and repairs. Even tho they are always busy they get it done so quick and awesome job for us. They are very professional and very reasonable prices. Will never go anywhere else!:)

I want to say hats off to the owner for hiring such amazing employees. I went for an Out of Province inspection last minute today, never been here before to say. If you're looking for a local auto shop who has heart, honest & does amazing work plus reasonably priced services I recommend Ryanco. Came in for a brake fluid flush. 3 hour wait. They told me that both left and right caliper pins were seized and recommended to do work on the calipers before doing brake fluid. Declined because didn't believe them. Took it back to my original mechanic and turns out brake and calipers were totally fine. You need to lift the caliper to see the slider pins and they do move freely. Not sure if inexperienced mechanic or what, but saying a car having an issue when it does not is sleezy. I would ask them to show you any mechanical issues before agreeing to do any work on your car/truck. Front staff were nice though.Edit: wanted brake fluid flush because brake fluid does corrode over time and it can affect brake responsiveness... So I told them it felt spongy. They made me wait 3 hours to tell me that they don't recommend brake fluid flush and want to do caliper work saying pins are seized. They didn't even take the brakes off the caliper to see the pins are fine... Saying maybe not enough grease or dirt on the pins. The pins ended up being completely fine. Why make me wait 3 hours to tell me they don't recommend brake fluid flush? Just test the acidity of the fluid and let me know I don't need it?

Ive refered ALOT of people to this shop. The last friend needed an out of province inspection and the shop never called or notified him of anything, but contacted the potential buyer and the buyer claims the vehicle needed $2500+ in repairs . Now being a mechanic by trade i took the liberty of doing a brief inspection myself and know the buyer was lying to my friend. I dont doubt the honesty of the staff at Ryanco but they should have contacted the vehicles owner with inspection results

We brought our vehicle to Ryanco in Calgary to get it diagnosed for a rattle that was occurring on our vehicle. It was a short notice as we were going on holidays but Mark got us in within a couple of days to diagnose.Mark called early in the morning following their diagnosis to let me know that the problem was with our exhaust as well as some other minor repairs required. Mark mentioned that it appeared the exhaust had been previously repaired.I confirmed that another Automotive shop had previously fixed the exhaust and explained we would have that automotive shop provide us with that repair under warranty.When it came time for the repair the shop that had previously repaired the vehicle was not sure what to do so Mark called them and explained how to properly repair. I really appreciated him providing this extra service. A true professional!!Thank you so much for the excellent service and I would highly recommend Ryanco Automotive!!

Came for an out of province vehicle inspection after finding it to be the best price in the city. Chose Ryanco again when I needed to have service done because of the great first experience I had and so happy to have done so! Before finding them I always left the mechanic feeling like my lack of car knowledge had been taken advantage of, but at Ryanco you can tell and trust that safety and the customer comes before a profit for them and they won’t recommend any unnecessary work. Highly recommend! Great people, great prices, great turn around!

I brought my car in for an out of province inspection and was able to get an appointment quickly. Communication with the shop was very good, the inspection was fair and the price was reasonable. Would definitely recommend!
