It was good when we just started living here. School system was amazing for the kids, and the 3 bedroom apartment at market value was a great deal, Until the rent started increasing at an alarming rate on a yearly basis, Then, the roaches invaded, and it took 3 fumigations, lots of money spent on Raid cans, repeated calls to the management, and numerous emails demanding a look into the roach issue before anyone bothered to respond,The major reason nobody should live here… THERE ARE MAIL THIEVES IN THE BUILDING AND MANAGEMENT IS DOING NOTHING ABOUT IT.We got a bread maker delivered which was left in the mail room- Stolen!2 glasses and an expensive wig - StolenA huge textbook for an exam we had to write - Stolen.A remote control for an Hisense TV delivered by Amazon - StolenA children’s book delivered by Amazon- Stolen.Meanwhile, note that all these items were marked as delivered with pictures of the deliveries. You rush down to claim your items and whoosh! They’re all gone. Peter Vansickle is the building manager. Don’t bother calling him, he will not do anything, nada, jack. There are cameras in the building but of course they’re not working. Hence, the thieves here have a field day stealing peoples parcels and getting away with it.Let’s talk about the laundry room. The machines are always down. When they work, there will be no heat to dry your clothes. Money get taken from your cards without getting loaded on your laundry card. Terribly frustrating and there is absolutely no one to complain to.You don’t even want to leave your clothes in the laundry room drying. I have had a set of scrubs, a beautiful shirt, my kids clothes stolen from the dryer.What about the smell??? Oh my goodness!!!! The stench especially from the 2nd floor. Ohhh EMESIS!!!Do you still need to move here? All the best to you.

this place seems ok from the outside, but the apartments aren’t great. 1 month into living here we noticed roaches everywhere, even though we cleaned often. eventually this turned into a full blown roach infestation. we asked some of our neighbours and they said they had noticed roaches in their apartments too. it’s too overpriced for what it is, save yourself the time and energy, and just don’t move here.
