Wing Lee Therapy

Wing is fantastic.Friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate for her field, Wing is truly wonderful. Although she does sports therapy, she also offers massage therapy, which is what I went for. That combination is probably why I felt like a new person when I walked out of her clinic. Her massage technique is not the relaxing kind, but more therapeutic (I'm expecting to be sore tomorrow) .Working the tense spots in my body, she uses her deep knowledge to address my issues. She's communicative (something truly underrated in this field) to find out what I needed, what my expectations were, etc. She gave me clear advice on what to work on for postures etc. Great experience. If you are active, do sports, or just need a reset massage with preventative advice, Wing Lee should be your go-to.
