Had online appointment via bonjour.santé and directed me to this clinic. Had appointment yesterday at 10:30am. I live 26mins away from this clinic and when I arrived the reception told me that its been cancelled. I was shocked knowing that I had been waiting for this day and how hard it was to get doctor only to find out on the day that its annulled! It would be better if they tried reaching out to me and informed me ahead of time so we dont have to waste our time! A phonecall or email should have been enough but they failed to do it.

Une clinique ouverte par le centre islamique de l'Outaouais (CIO) en plein milieu de la pandémie du COVID pour aider les patients qui n'ont pas de médecin de famille! Des gens qui travaillent fort 7 jours sur 7 toute l'année au complet sans aucune journée de vacance pour aider les patients! Merci...

Zéro service c’est honteux. On nous demande de rappeler à 8h30 pour un rendez-vous, on rappelle donc à l’heure précise, mais on nous fait attendre 20 minutes avant de prendre l’appel il est donc 8h50. Alors on nous dit : désolé il fallait appeler à 8h30 on peut rien faire pour vous.Alors fermez juste cette clinique et laissez les gens aller se faire soigner à Ottawa.

I went to this clinic and I got my health issue taken care of right away unlike the other clinics and hospitals I went to. I struggled with an ingrown toenail for the past year and I was always told to just soak it and take antibiotics to cure the infection but they never did a procedure for me. But as soon as I went to Clinique Avicenne. The doctor (Dr. Paul) took care of it for me and I am so grateful because I was always in pain. I highly recommend this clinic

Très bonne clinique. Vraiment axée sur la communauté. Facile d'accès pour prise de rendez vous via rendez-vous santé Québec. La réceptionniste est très gentille et le médecin que j'ai vu, prenait le temps d'expliquer et était très humain. Merci pour le beau service.

Visited the clinic as a walk-in patient. They scheduled the visit ahead of time and we were seen by the doctor in a timely fashion. Dr. Assad was very helpful and requested a follow up visit. Very happy with the professionalism and overall process.

Pour la premiére fois de mes 19 ans au Canada, j’ai trouvé une équipe qui prennent le temps pour s’occuper de ses patients. Je suis sorti avec des larmes de joie. These folks validate humanity regardless of creed, religion, race or beliefs. The receptionist, nurse and doctor were indeed professional, courteous, kind and above all showed me that I matter. That made me feel well already. God bless you all and the true humans who volunteer/ who birthed this community health centre.
